ADesign Tree Maintenance IncEverything that was handwritten in our contract was done to our request. We will rehire them again for the removal of the two final palm trees left over. I had other offers, but with Design Tree Maint., they were the only company that took the time to write out my request as to what trees to trim and thin out. And what tree to remove along with the removal of two tall palm trees. They returned the next morning to finish the tree stump grinding and let us know which tree they put poison on so we made sure our dogs wouldn’t go near there.- Renay K.

ADesign Tree Maintenance IncBen was on time, courteous, and knowledgable on quote/consult day. Appointment was moved to an earlier date due to a cancellation which I appreciated. Work was done well and with care to avoid surrounding structures...fences, shed, house. The neighbor's chinaberry leaned largely toward my yard, therefore, lots of shedding in my yard. The clean up was above and beyond! Minor chain link fence damage (top rod bent) was repaired without question/suggestion from me the very next business day with a message left on my door by Chris to give him a buzz to confirm that everything was satisfactory. One of only two good experiences during a 27 month long renovation project. I was left thinking "this is what all projects should be like". I would definitely use Design Tree Maintenance again and will refer to friends/neighbors!- Renee W.

AThe crew of 4 got right to it and removed the trees by climbing in them and cutting back the limbs and trunk foot by foot... using ropes. This was delicate because the two trees were 4 ft from a block wall and a pool fence and hung over a pool. It was not a job to saw off the limbs and have them fall to the ground. The did an excellent job with no fence or pool damage. I was afraid and Kind of expecting something to go wrong. Very Pleased!

AAside from a late arrival, I'm happy with the job done. I definitely appreciated the walkthrough I had before the job was completed, which gave me a chance to ask for a bit more to be trimmed back from nearby roofs. The service was more expensive than other quotes but I went with Tree Logic since they have arborists, for which I trust their judgement more than other providers.
