AGreat White Moving, Inc.Extremely good job. Careful, Polite and Diligent Workers. If there was a cord or second/3rd part of one thing, it was carefully wrapped and attached to the original item (eg. the electric cord for the recliner...taped to the bottom of the chair so easily found). AModern Piano MovingAll the staff I spoke with were very professional and caring. Kimberly provided a quote, dealt with my changes along the way and was always kind and caring. The movers at both pick up site and delivery were professional and efficient. The process of communication regarding pick up and delivery was easy, the movers were on time and when they hit a traffic snag they went out of the way to let me know they would be a little late. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I ever need to move a piano over distance.- Diana M.

ASterling InterstateThe move was great from start to finish. Three employees arrived before the scheduled time; I reviewed with them what I would like moved. They were particularly careful with two hutches I was concerned about - wrapped them up well. They also offered to move some other items I had not identified which was great. They unloaded items in the rooms that I indicated. I would definitely recommend Sterling Interstate. This was a local move, and was completed in four hours.- Gary K.

DWorst move I've ever had. Damian, the operations manager was very efficient trying to get my business but once I committed to them that was no longer the case...all his assurances turned out to be empty words. He assured me they would use a box to move my expensive memory foam mattress, that they would take apart any furniture necessary to move and reassemble at my destination, that they were professionals and highly rated, etc. etc. They showed up with no tools to take apart my desk and bed, no box for my memory foam mattress and a truck that was way too small for the job. I was only moving furniture from a 2 bedroom house. In the previous week I moved in my car all my clothing, linens, kitchen items, lamps, wall decor, etc and they only needed to move furniture. I even left some furniture behind for my snowbird buyers and even with all that and what I moved myself, they could barely cram my remaining furniture into the truck. And that is what they did....forced it to fit. Everything I own has scrapes and gouges but I don't necessarily blame the two guys doing the move since they were given too small of a truck to fit everything into. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will say that if Damian was my employee, he would no longer be my employee....it was a very disappointing move and leaves me looking every day at the damage done to my furniture. Absolutely no excuse for this type of service.

CThe move went off without any issues. The damage caused on both ends has yet to be repaired 10 weeks after the move. The stair handrail was damaged in the old house and in the new house, some drywall corner damage occurred. About six weeks ago service on the drywall was scheduled but the repair was a no show. The original house handrail required a craftsman required someone out with COVID-19 but the mover never scheduled this repair. So, overall, the best rating I can give is fair based on Camelback's inability to schedule repairs and execute in a timely manner. Certainly 10 weeks should be sufficient time.

FDO NOT USE THESE GUYS. From their arrival when they had fewer wardrobe boxes then was agreed upon; to the dirty runners they used on the white carpet in our new home; to the THEFT of all of our pantry food; to the unauthorized use of an antique white comforter or ours they used and soiled beyond repair; to the nicked furniture and picture frames, to their unresponsiveness to any resolution of these matters, I cannot recommend them. First time I've ever had to say this about a moving company over the 15 moves I've had done by moving companies. Gary P.
