Phone calls were promptly returned, questions were thoroughly and accurately answered. Estimates were provided on promised dates Work crew are obviously permanent members of the company. They were all here each day until job was completed. Custom requests were handled throughout reconstruction/repair with expediency. Quality of work is outstanding. In short, I've never experienced working with a company for home/property maintenance that was this good. Will definitely use again if any wall work is required, and would enthusiastically recommend to anybody needing their services.- David H.

AGeo MasonryI had Geo Masonry tear down and replace old cinder block fence panels and rebuilt it. I then had them acrylic stucco the entire backyard. I was very pleased with work I had done. The fence repair and stucco looks amazing. They started the job within days and completed the work quickly. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. I also had them cut a door through my slump block wall to access my garage from the side of my house.- Tommy W.

AMountain View LandscapingLet me start this review by stating, this is not our first rodeo – we have done several full yard landscape projects at various homes through the years. With that said, I’ll start by stating the scope of our project - we needed full front and back landscape, remove all shrubs, grass, plants, rock (kept large trees and cactus), needed all new drip system, paver walkways, front courtyard with pavers, paver spa pad, paver patio under orange trees, other paver pads, drainage pipe under grass from gutter, all new plantings, rock, boulders – you get the drift – a lot !! We started where we started in the past, bidding the project to a couple of design, build landscape firms. WELL, you can tell people are at home and working on house / yard projects (with Covid keeping us close to home) because these companies felt they could really jack up their prices. YIKES !! So we thought we would ask our landscaper Angel if he did this type of work. Mind you, we have lived here about 5 months and Angel has handled our bi-weekly landscape needs perfectly. I never really gave it an original thought to ask him. Well I am glad I asked him. His company, Mountain View Landscaping DOES handle all of this type of work (and more). Angel came over within days, we walked through the project and our ideas. He brought up excellent points during that discussion and helped us shape up the plan. I provided him a detailed list of what we were looking to do. He was quick to get back to me with a quote. WOW!! More than half of what the other places quoted – for the same scope. I did some checking on Angel and his company and everything checked out well. The neighbors at the end of street used him a while back for their landscape project and were very happy. Their scope was not as large as ours, but their place looked good. Some more back and forth discussion and another visit or two here at the house and we were ready to pull the trigger and get things moving. Angel said he would handle getting all of the materials for the project. What Angel soon found out was that we were very hands on. We were very involved with the project, and what I mean by that is I didn’t feel the need to watch his every move, he knows what he is doing, but the project took several turns/changes along the way because we changed our minds a few times. Additional items added to the list and other changes. Angel was very accommodating and never was upset by any of it. He kept saying “if that is what you want, we will make it happen” – and he did !! As I stated earlier, we have worked on several landscape projects over the years and interior remodel projects. I have to say, Angel and his team did what they said they would do, on budget and they were here every day working. No needing to call and see where they were at. No waiting for days for someone to show up. Angel was easy to communicate with and easy to reach by phone or text. He was here at the jobsite the majority of the time. In the end, the project turned out better than expected. Angel gave his recommendations along the way with the plan and the changes. We appreciated his expertise. The only thing left to finish is the painting on the courtyard wall, but the stucco has to dry/cure first. We have that planned for yet this week and I have no concerns he will get that handled. I have to highly recommend Angel and his crew – they were great, reliable, professional. Every day the job site was cleaned up (as best as possible) before they left. Gates were secured and equipment moved to side so it did not interfere with our daily use of the yard while under construction. Thank you Angel – we look forward to you continuing to maintain our yard – now on a weekly basis since we have so much new grass and plants. Before and after pics included below- John K.

AAbove & Beyond Roofing LLCResponded promptly to my call requesting them to evaluate my roof where the leaks were and to provide me an estimate of what the repairs would be and the costs. Their estimate was competitive compared to several others. They discussed the repairs and estimate with me in detail, and in writing so that we knew exactly what the work would entail, and what the costs would be. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were able to start the work on time per the schedule we agreed to. They worked without interfering with anything else going on at my home. In addition, they did a good job cleaning up all of the materials from around my house. There was nothing for me to do. They were friendly and communicated during the entire time of the repair. They really listened to our goal and vision to help us integrate fluidity of space into a detailed, wide-ranging plan, in the surround, of our new home. From every perspective, the team created valued function and beauty throughout the property. The proposed project had many challenges that were all met with calm, articulated execution. The CYC team provided/delivered comprehensive communication via meetings, emails/texts and prompt return phone calls for review, regarded feedback, and CYC recommendations which makes all the difference. As a result, design refinement, timely execution of simultaneous projects, budget concerns, skilled and knowledgeable performance, personal plant selection honored and secured, and emotional connection to the space with respect to the environment made for an enjoyable work experience. This is extremely important when considering a landscape company - which is why we choose CYC landscaping. Mark also assisted us during the HOA approval process by knocking it out in only two submissions. Our project was large in scale encompassing many technical and logistical challenges (BBQ Ramada, Putting Greens, Irrigation, Lighting, Pavers, Pool Travertine, Rock Walls, and Fire Elements). CYC is a full-service landscape company that completed every project and wish with excellence and distinction. We honestly could not have imagined how much enjoyment (relaxing and fun elements), and appreciation of a truly transformed oasis would bring to our family and friends. Perhaps, we are going on too much but the constant procession of people passing by to take pictures speaks for itself. Every person that encounters the property is amazed by the grace of design and so many unique vantage points. AFrom start to finish it was very professional. The design was what we were looking for, it was drawn up so we could follow the progress and make sure it was followed. The job supervisor was on site when new phases were started to ensure everything went smoothly. The office was on top of all the required paperwork for the HOA, and the crews doing the work were very respectful and extremely capable. Everyone was very professional and pleasant, my wife and I are well pleased with all aspects.

AIt went very well. Rodolfo and his sub contractors took on a huge project. We gutted our 1985 park model and then realized we were over our heads in regard to the remodel. Many unexpected problems arose however, Rodolpho and his team worked with us to resolve. The final product was beyond my expectations. The overall price may be a bit higher than other contractors but you are paying for quality. We appreciated that we were consulted on all the details. Communication was a little difficult at first due to differences in terminology between where we are from (northern Minnesota) and Arizona but we figured it out. We enjoyed working with Rodolpho and crew and highly recommend.
