AHandyman Connection - PhoenixFrom start to finish the project progressed smoothly. Every craftsman that worked on the project was professional, courteous and prompt. Tasks were finished on time. Josiah our lead man on the project was an excellent communicator, possesses a positive attitude and great work ethic. He met all challenges although he was working on a home constructed 40 years ago. He did a beautiful job. We would not hesitate to call on Handyman Connection again. The Griegos- HANK G.

AHandyman Connection - PhoenixWe had a few quotes and ultimately went with Handyman Connection. Mark did an excellent job building out our new shower and installing the tile, fixtures, and glass door. We also had a single vanity swapped out for a new double vanity. Allen did a great job installing the new plumbing, installing the vanity and fixtures, as well as the new sconce lighting to complete the design. Thank you to the whole team (Joe and David, as well!) - it turned out exactly as I imagined and we love our new bathroom!- Jennifer C.

AAZ Stone & Tile Concepts LLCYou want to hire this company! Todd and Rick are professional, punctual and finished on schedule. They let us know what to expect each step of the way and offered solutions and advice when needed. They are accomplished at thinking through all the details to ensure that there are no unwanted surprises. We originally hired them to completely gut and remodel two bathrooms. They did such a great job that we hired them again to completely renovate our master bathroom. Our luxurious master suite now looks like what you would see in a magazine and we absolutely love it! We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again for any future projects.- John R.

A3 Nails Contracting IncExcellent work! The workers were always on time and extremely professional. They took extra care to do a quality job. For example, old paint on the concrete floor was removed to ensure a tight bond of the ceramic floor tile to the concrete floor. I highly recommend 3 Nails Contracting and Toro for any work you need done.- Sue S.

BHandyman Connection - PhoenixThey did a good job and the bathroom turned out really nice. John Reynolds was a very good craftsman who did most of the work except the shower tile. They charged a reasonable price for doing the work and did it fairly quickly. The only issues I had were with some shortage of communication. Allen asked me to pick out a grout color which I did and emailed to him. A day or so later the tile guy was texting me asking what the grout color was. In the end it appears they actually used a little bit darker grout than what I said. The tile looks good though so its not a huge deal. There was also calls to me about getting access to the place even though they already had a key to access it. One of the things on the proposal was to try blending the drywall texture in some areas that had items removed during demo. This info was not conveyed to John R., so it was something that had to be done at the last minute. They were also replacing a light fixture, but they didn't ask if I wanted to have the outline of the old fixture blended/textured on the drywall. I didn't want to wait anymore days for them to come back so I did it myself. It would be nice to have been made aware they would saw things in the living room, so I could at least cover up the TV equipment to protect it from dust. Also the tile guy seemed to only have one drop cloth to protect the wood floors, which maybe covered half the distance of pathway that had a lot of traffic. So I bought some of my own to get some proper protection on the floors. If you are going to be watching them the whole time you are working then it would cut down on some of these communication items, but I was not able to be there all the time. In the end though I am happy with my bathroom remodel.- Jonathan T.

ARegal Bath & KitchensI cannot say enough good things about this company, it’s employees and their quality of work! We decided to go with Regal Bath & Kitchens after getting several bids and having read multiple other positive reviews on several platforms. We had to get rid of some awful design choices from the 70’s and bring our master and guest/hall bath up to date. It’s also worth noting that this came at a time when my wife was 8 months pregnant and we were in a time crunch to complete these projects before our family got larger. The team at Regal was not only supportive but determined to make sure we met the important deadline. Tamara was absolutely amazing throughout the entire project! She has a great eye for design and assisted us with recommendations and selections that made both my wife and I happy (Needless to say we don’t always see eye to eye on style). She was always there to help and was amazingly professional, courteous, patient and accommodating. From meeting with us outside typical work hours, to responding to project questions in a matter of minutes vs days she is truly exceptional at her job. She even surprised our son, the soon to be big brother, with a gift of his own. Cornelio, who did the bulk of the remodel work, was equally as impressive. He took every step to ensure safety, quality and even cleanliness ensuring the other portions of our home not impacted by construction were protected and remained fresh as possible with his awesome prep work. He was always punctual and communicative throughout the job while pulling us in for feedback at just the right times with things like final fixture/lightning placement. Jesus helped us ensure the project stayed on schedule and remained running smoothly. He was also great about checking in, making sure all out our questions were answered and coordinated staffing to maximize every day in the little time we had. When our new baby did come the entire staff reached out and was checking in to congratulate us. I mean that’s far beyond the normal service you’d expect with a contractor. We could not be happier with our new bathrooms and the work that Regal did for us. Thank you so much for being not only an amazing company when it comes to quality of work but for being amazing people who care about your clients!- Jeffrey A.

AIt went very well. Rodolfo and his sub contractors took on a huge project. We gutted our 1985 park model and then realized we were over our heads in regard to the remodel. Many unexpected problems arose however, Rodolpho and his team worked with us to resolve. The final product was beyond my expectations. The overall price may be a bit higher than other contractors but you are paying for quality. We appreciated that we were consulted on all the details. Communication was a little difficult at first due to differences in terminology between where we are from (northern Minnesota) and Arizona but we figured it out. We enjoyed working with Rodolpho and crew and highly recommend.

Sunset Tile & Bath, Inc. was created in 1994. We previously did work under the name of Gene & Sons Tile Works. My father Gene Matyskiel, was the man with the dream of owning his own business. He a had previously worked as a tile setter in Buffalo, NY before moving to Arizona. Gene asked for my help in organizing and running the business. Gene’s expertise was in tile work, not the office. My brother, Paul, came on board with us from the beginning right out of school. Paul has the same raw tale...

AFinally, we bit the bullet and updated our bathrooms. Our old guest bathrooms had lower than normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, a dated bathtub (with shower curtain (ewww)) , an eroding mirror and chrome and gold fixtures (yuck!). Our master bath had lower that normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, and chrome and gold fixtures (again, yuck!). We visited Sunset Tile & Bath. Mark, assisted us in the showroom with many of the decisions that had to be made. The man is very knowledgeable about the products and options for our new bath. And a real saint for his patience with our indecision! We hammered out the demolition and start date. Time for the next step. Let's do it! Thank you Mark! It didn't take long before our bathrooms were gone. They did leave an old sink so that we had water until the new ones went in. After demolition and measurements, we waited for our countertops and glass. After receiving the cabinets and countertops, the craftsmen went at it. They removed a large Jacuzzi tub and replaced the chrome and gold faucet with brushed nickel. Then the cabinets went in and were nicely trimmed to perfection. Next the beautiful new countertops, sink and brushed nickel faucets. Last, brand new shiny mirrors rounded out the renovation. The tub in the guest bathroom was replaced with a custom shower. The water valve was placed to the side so that guests don't get blasted with cold water. They also installed a really convenient shelf. Let me say this. Most of my life I have done most of my own work. I understand the work that was being done. These guys are experts with masonry, installation of countertops, cabinets, and plumbing. All new shut off valves, everything was new and updated from the wall out. This is a crew of real professionals! I would without hesitation recommend sunset bath and tile to anyone considering renovations. I am only sorry that we waited so long to enjoy our new bathrooms.

AGreat! The quality of work is excellent, the sub-contractors they work with are top notch, they show up when they say they will and the work is done pretty much according to schedule. The crew is polite and concerned about their impact on your working schedule (now that we are working from home).

AScott and Geralyn Gormley are a dynamic duo! We remodeled our 800sqft historic bungalow wishing to keep the details and charm while expanding the home. The Gormley's exceeded our expectations. AQuite well. When I realized the bird wires were not quite right afterwards, they sent a team out to re-do them. Here an hour, now better bird-proofed than ever. Cook did earlier work for me: a tricky, almost impossible modification of counter and cabinet that ended perfectly. On all of these messy projects, the workers kept the yard and kitchen amazingly clean.
