AHandyman Connection - PhoenixWe reluctantly reached out to Handyman Connection when our home builder, Artisan Builders AZ also known as Win Big Development LLC, refused to fix issues for our home that were (lawyer verified) within our warranty after months of runaround. Although we were originally frustrated spending money in this scenario considering legal assistance would’ve superseded the actual cost of the work, we had a great experience. Greg, the project lead, did a fantastic job at communicating what the required fixes would be, the *freshly* sensitive topic of warranty that Handyman Connect would provide after their work, and what to expect through the 3 day project. When they arrived a few weeks later Zack and Josiah did a fantastic job with the required fixes, accommodating our home schedule for work, and ensuring we were content with the completed work. I am a first-time homeowner and having a general “handyman” available has been something I really wanted to feel comfortable, I feel much better knowing the scope of Handyman Connects portfolio as well as the quality of their service.- Bertie G.

AHandyman Connection - PhoenixThe entire process with Handyman Connection was wonderful! Allen came to do our initial quote (and with the pandemic had been the first service person to come wearing a mask!). We and 2 bathrooms to update, both needing new flooring and vanities and the master updating the split tub and shower to a larger walk-in shower. Any time there was an unforseen challege (like a split bracing stud) it was immediately brought to our attention to approve of any added costs and properly fix the problem. Mark, our handyman for the 5-6 week remodel was amazing! He showed up exactly at 7a every morning and was kind enough to work around times when I had a meeting while working from home.- Carina C.

Tamara's customer services was and is exceptional, timely responses to all our questions and concerns. There are always issues that arise however Tamara and her team from Regal resolved them in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Tamara was the reason my wife stayed calm and reassured throughout the entire project. Tamara is the main reason we will come back to Regal when it is time to remodel our kitchen and the rest of our home. AGreat! They kept me posted about everything they were doing; removed outdated wiring, brought room up to code. Friendly, professional electricians, cleaned up after themselves. As a pensioner, I was a bit surprised at the price but it is in line with work performed. They worked about 4-5 hours.

FThe technician opened the dimmer box in the wall, worked on it and told me he hightened the intensity of the light. He turned the lights on, said: “Look, they’re ok now, so I can’t do anything else!” We paid $250.00 and he said the work would be under warranty. That same evening I turned the lights on and 5 minutes later they dimmed down all over sudden without anyone having touched the dimmer! The company Mr Electric is not willing to come out and do the job right. They want another $279.00 for coming out and exchanging the dimmer! After telling them that we want them to come out and finish the job we paid already for, they offered to do that for an additional $129.09!!!! The work is under warranty snd they should do what they promise....BUT THEY PREFER TO COMMIT FRAUD. Truly disgusting.

AWhile I requested both a relocation and an install the bid price I accepted did not include the new install and I needed to pay an additional cost. I believe this was a human error and do not hold a negative opinion. The electrician was exceptionally professional, I felt he put extra personal effort into his work and wanted me to be satisfied. I would definitely rehire based on the electrician's performance and demeanor.
