  • We have used Vitech numerous times before and have never been disappointed. We had an urgent need to get the shower plumbing fixed and Vitally responded immediately. Vitech is very professional, courteous and genuinely interested in the customer. They far exceed any previous experience I have had with plumbers. I would recommend Vitech to anyone who needs new plumbing or repair. Besides their quality work and fair pricing, they are simply good people I trust.

  • I purchased this home warranty at the same time I purchased my home 6 years ago. I have not been happy with their service but have kept it for convenience. They have so many loopholes to avoid repairing broken appliances. In this instance, I had a pretty significant leak under my kitchen sink. Thinking it was my RO system, I had my own plumber come look, as RO systems are not covered by American Home Shield. My plumber said that I needed a new garbage disposal. This particular garbage disposal had already been replaced by American Home Shield just a couple of years previously. My plumber stated that the disposal they installed was very poor quality, not meant to last very long at all. I contacted my home warranty that same day, 6/22/18 and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday June 27th. The company assigned to do the repair, APC Plumbing gave me a 5 hour window for service and still showed up 30 minutes late. The plumber looked at the garbage disposal and said that I needed a new one but he did not have one in his van so the office would contact me the following day to schedule, which they did not. I contacted them the net day to reschedule, and the soonest they could come was Monday 7/2/18, between 3-5 pm. APC plumbing contacted me at 10 am the day of my appointment to say they needed to come to my house that morning or I would have to reschedule. I work, and was not able to change the appointment time, so my appointment was cancelled. I was told that the office would contact me the next day to schedule, which they did not. In the meantime, American Home Shield used my debit card they have on account for my monthly premium to charge $125 for the service call. I was not able to contact American Home Shield until July 9th as I had gone on vacation. Upon returning, I contacted customer service to request a new contractor and to have the service call refunded. After being put on hold on & off for an hour, the call was disconnected and AHS did not call back as promised if we were disconnected. I called again the following day, 7/10. I was told that I could not request a different service provider and after several failed attempts to schedule an appointment with APC Plumbing by AHS customer service, I was offered to have my complaint sent to the resolutions department and possibly be paid out a cash settlement to hire my own contractor to come in to replace the garbage disposal. I was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I also requested again to have the $125 service fee refunded. I never received a call, so 1 week later I contacted AHS again and was told that the $125 service fee would not be refunded even though the repair had not been performed because the company came to my home. I was also told that there was no guarantee if I would receive a cash settlement to hire my own plumber and they could not give me an estimated time as to when a decision would be made. In the meantime, I had a plumber come out to replace my garbage disposal as the leak was causing water damage and the smell was horrible. It cost $260. In total, I am out $260 for the repair, $125 for the AHS service call, 5 hours of lost work time waiting for APC Plumbing for our initial appointment, water damage under the kitchen sink, and a lot of frustration. I plan on cancelling my contract with AHS Warranty, what's the sense with service like this. As I stated earlier, this is not the first negative experience I have had with this company or with the contractors that they hire.

  • I initially used this company for my backyard project. They were referred to me by my landscaper for the gas lines. They did an amazing job. Very thorough! I later had them back to help remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. They actually helped me design the master and I couldn't be happier. I just recently had to call upon them for air-conditioning and they were quick to respond, got me cooling again and gave me some pointers on how to keep my system running great. I've been dealing with a noisy AC for years and now it's quiet and I can sleep since it's right outside my bedroom window. Thank you so much for all that you've done!

  • All the work was done beautifully and in a timely manner. All flooring was removed and new porcelain tile was installed, the whole house was painted and retrimmed. Total kitchen remodel, new cabinets, countertops, backsplash and installation of appliances. New lighting throughout. We are going to work on the bathrooms this fall and we definitely want them to do it. Floyd and his wife Sue went above and beyond to get our project done in a professional and timely manner. We would highly recommend this company for any job.

  • Had filters changed in osmosis filter under kitchen sink but the installer didn’t have all of his equipment to complete the job. Spoke with office to find out what followup to expect, was told he would return to finish the job. He never showed up so now we have to pay another company a service call to fix the problem.

  • If you would like professional, detailed and precise work completed in your home, then Next Level Remodeling is the only choice. Not only is Rodolfo, the owner a licensed engineer, but his team of craftsmen are highly skilled as well. All communication with Rodolfo proceeded smoothly from the first telephone call; he is quickly responsive whether it be by phone or text. After taking room measurements and making calculations for me in exasperating detail, the work then began almost immediately and continued at quite a rapid pace. It was not only that the work moved along quickly, but it was in a highly organized manner. Rodolfo has quite high standards for the work progression and for his workers. The drywall work was first, then painting, electrical (light fixtures/ceiling fans) then foundation flooring work, then finished flooring work (laminate and tile) and finishing with the kitchen tile, backsplash and plumbing. The work crew did NOT take shortcuts or cut corners; attention to detail was impressive. I had a special request that the laminate flooring and tile be nearly seamless and this was achieved through coordination of the 2 flooring/tile experts-Jaime and Ray. I will be using Next Level Remodel again soon for the bathrooms. But for now my house is a masterpiece.

  • Richard shows the highest level of integrity and kept me informed the entire way. I have 2 small children and he willingly accommodated our schedule. He quickly became friends with my 4 year old and showed a high level of respect and professionalism. His workmanship is superb and his design ideas were excellent. He recommended we do a walk in standing shower and his design ideas were perfect. I now havr the shower of my dreams. I was leery about hiring a contractor and did a lot of research. I'm beyond happy that I chose Gold Canyon Handyman and Richard. I will recommend him to Friends and Family and utilize him myself again, if ever needed.

  • We got them off Angie's List. We had them out twice. The house was 20 years old so it (the sodium cartridge) probably had not been replaced before. It was great. They are excellent. That is the only plumber I would use after prior experiences.

  • Coyote Plumbing partially cleared the drain but got a plumbing snake caught in a pipe when doing so. They were unable to remove the snake and left it there telling me how they lost money on the job. I live out of state and did not realize the issue it was creating at the house - the resident went for over a year not flushing toilet paper and the kitchen sink was still not flowing proper. Finally I was able to travel to the site and started working with Coyote for resolution. I had been told since the beginning that the plumbing snake must be caught on roots that have breached the pipe, or that it is caught on a shifted pipe between house and septic. Reality was they had no idea why the snake was jammed. Coyote Plumbing told me I had to hire another plumbing company with a camera to scope the pipe- which Coyote should have done on their dime in the first place as they were responsible for their snake getting stuck, however they refused to do so putting the burden on me as the customer./me. They said their camera was stolen, I asked why they hadn't got a new one and they said they were expensive. By scoping the pipe we found out that the snake was not outside at all but caught in the wall right above the kitchen sink in the vent, and coming out the clean-out, never even was running out toward the septic. I was prepared to get a video of the tangle (as I had been instructed to do by Coyote) to pin point the location. Good news was that since the snake was only in the wall there was no need to pay for a video. The camera plumber tried to connect to the snake and pull it out but could not and gradually broke the snake as he tried. The bad news is that when I called Coyote back to tell them we located the issue and please send a plumber out that the office staff would not listen to me and treated me as if I didn't know anything - she just kept telling me over and over that I needed that video. I was also told no one could come to the site for two weeks- I had only two days and had been working with the office for a couple weeks letting them know we were coming and that I wanted to work together to solve the issue while I was there. The conversation with the office manager was so frustrating I had to hand the phone to my husband. The office manager, who's name I am intentionally leaving out, proceeded to not listen to my husband either continuing to tell him as well what WE needed to do. After a very heated conversation and cursing a plumber was sent out. We explained the issue to him, he totally got it, and the next day the snake, which had simply dubbled over itself in the wall was removed by their "snake removal expert". During this process I realized that I had asked Coyote to replace a garbage disposal. This is my cousin's place and I have no idea why it was setup for a disposal on a septic but figured if she only used it for stray bits it would be ok to replace. When I got there she explained the disposal didn't work. Well there was NO power source! Coyote installed a new disposal but the plumber didn't tell me there was no wiring to plug it in. I authorized two charges to my Visa and asked each time that I be sent a statement. When I never received statements I called more than once asking for them. It never happened. After all this Coyote reimbursed me $200.00 that I paid the other plumbing company to scope the pipe-they were nice and did not charge for the snake-pulling, and I received one of two itemized statements. I asked again several weeks ago for the second statement but never heard back - my typical experience when asking. Through this process I have been made to feel that since I am out of state I may be easily taken advantage of by this company. This is compounded due to the fact that the resident at the house is mentally ill and cannot speak up for herself or relay information to me well. For instance I had no idea that the snake stuck in the line meant she could not flush toilet paper. I do appreciate that in the end Coyote was ready to dig up the line but my husband finally talked to the owner and explained where the issue was and they sent out their "snake-pulling expert". Wonder where that guy was when the snake first got stuck almost two years ago? I also appreciate how responsive the owner was in the end. Maybe someday I'll get my second statement, an appology for selling me a disposal that plugs into nothing (which I have since had to pay someone else to remove and re-plumb under the sink), or an apology for being treated so poorly by the office manager. The plumbing employees that worked this job, as well as the owner, were nice.
