  • They did a super job. 

    I selected them from Angie's List, because I noticed they were a local small business company with hundreds of positive reviews. I never see a business with such a sterling reputation. 

    When I called, they gave me a price right over the phone, and that was the price I paid, when the project was completed. Actually, they even cut me a slightly better deal, than their original quote. 

    I'd just completed major renovations in my home, and really wanted my ducts and HVAC equipment cleaned out. They took care of business.

    If you want to extend the life of your expensive heating and cooling equipment, and breathe clean air in your home, these are the guys to call.

  • Sevice was as advertised.  They were as careful as possible, no damage, and cleaned up after service.  You will still have to reseal and touch up paint around grates but that would be with any service.  The technicans, Mike and Francisco, have been with the company for 8 and 9 years respectively.   They were very professional and knowledgeable, and explaned the service and what to expect during service.

  • Please see above. highly not recommended. Also they were to arrive by 2 and didn't get here till like 5 or later. I even had to request a copy of the invoice because the tech didn't leave it. I've also talked to someone following up about my experience and he stated someone would be contacting me and they never did. They also were going to service our rental and there was no communication or service records as has happen in the past. Please don't waste your time with this company. They clearly are only out for your dollar literally!

  • This company is great and did a excellent job, They took pride in their work . They took off all the vents and took them outside to cleane and used a machine that went up all the vents with a spinning brush. I can now tell the difference n the air quality of my home. They even spray into my vents to kill mold and bacteria. It was nice to have a project done, that I didn't feel like I was ripped off. I would recommend this company to anyone

  • They did a complete job including washing the vent covers outside the house.  Afterward, they  vacuumed the floor and carpets underneath the vents and intakes to pickup any dropped dust and small pieces of  plaster broken off at the end of the ducts.
    The vacuuming was not perfect and I had to to go and redo the vacuuming after they left.  There was  not a whole lot of stuff to be picked up, but their vacuuming was not perfect.
    The system seems to  run a little quieter since they did their job, which is nice.
    One thing that surprised me was that they do NOT take payments on a credit card.  They ask for cash or a check!  I would hope they tell their other customers this before they start the job!

  • Called for an appointment and was given a date and time. they arrived 3 minutes ahead of schedule time. John and his son (Scott) are owners and did the work as described. They answered all our questions and were pleasant and friendly to work with. Price was good and was what it was quoted a at. Left the house spotless. I would recommend them and use them again for this type of service. Overall very satisfied with their work.

  • They came in to do the estimate and claimed we had mold in the house and would have to evacuate the house and must have work done to remove the mold. The estimate was given to my wife as I was out of State. We had a conversation with the Supervisor who insisted that it wasn't safe to stay in the home until remediation was done to remove the mold. We complied and agreed to the charges to clean the ducting, walls and carpet to remove this mold problem. The problem was centered around a soft spot in the ceiling that was removed by the supervisor and shown to my wife, which he claimed was covered with mold. I arrived one week later and started to review the work that was done and dig a little further into the problem in the ceiling. I removed a four foot section of the drywall around the problem spot in the ceiling. I found there was no signs of mold and that the attic was in good condition. We were moving in so we started to vacuum areas that were supposed to have been steam cleaned. The house vacuum was picking up all kinds of dust and carpet fibres. I found this to be strange due to the steam cleaning that was supposed to have been done. I checked the ducting in the house and found there was still debris lying in them. I phoned the supervisor of the company and told him that I wasn't able to verify where there was mold or where they had cleaned anything. He told me they removed a lot of debris from the house and that I was mistaken. I told him about the house vacuum picking up all the dirt and that it should not have due to the steam cleaning. He replied that it was normal and that steam cleaning does not pick up the dirt and carpet fibres. I talked to him about the ducting residue and he said they removed 1/2 to an 1" of debris and that the remaining debris was normal. I said I wasn't happy with the performance of the job and wanted them to refund some of my money. He refused and said I just had "Buyer's Remorse". I called the supervisors office and asked to speak to a manager and was directed back to the supervisor. I asked for a different crew to come back and perform the same work to finish the job but was told I would have to use the same crew. I didn't want the same crew as I felt the first crew didn't do a good job. I decided that I wasn't going to get what I wanted and it was useless to continue. I have been ripped off for thousands of dollars and feel like the supervisor lied about everything.
