AAmerican Standard Foundation Repair of NW ArkansasIt has been nearly a year since this major project began and we are quite pleased with each step. First,we installed gutters to divert water from the foundation of our home. The installation by an outside contractor went well. Next, a channel drain was installed in a back walkway, again to divert water. This looks nice and works well. Finally, the foundation specialists had to tie up the porch foundation to the original house and insert steel jacks and beams and new footings. It was necessary to dig across our flower beds to install underground drains. These were put back together and look totally undisturbed. One or two gutters needed tightening and Michael took care of this right away. The water diversion and the amount of lift of the porch back into position worked just like Michael said it would.- Linda W.

ASummit Lawn & LandscapeWe found this company on Angie's List/Home Advisor. They had very good reviews so we contacted them to get a free estimate. We talked to Roy and he set an appointment to come take a look and was on time and helpful with suggestions. He said we would receive our estimate by email and they were very prompt doing that. We thought the estimate was fair for the work and materials that would be provided so we called and talked to them about a date to get started. The weather wasn't great so Roy told us it may be a couple of weeks to get to us. A few days later we had a good weather day and they came and did the job. Roy came with his crew, Jerry and Miguel to get them started and they were awesome in the speed and efficiency of their work. This job involved wheel barrowing 6 yards of .75 inch River Rock from our side front yard, down a slope and railroad tie steps to the back yard. Spreading the rock and then setting 100 16x16 inch pavers....also wheel barrowed down same path. These guys were courteous and listened to us to be able to get the design we had wanted. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. Thank you Summit Lawn & Landscaping ! Great job !!- Saundra M.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

AVery professional approach to things. They stuck with us for a year, answering our calls to come out and tweak the leveling when we noticed a door was rubbing or the gaps seemed to change with the seasons. Now, the house is solid and no door are rubbing anymore and they did it all with a smile! Price is a little high, but I would rather have it done right and done right the first time than fight someone who doesn't know what they are doing. These people really do know what they are doing! Highly recommended!

AIt was great. They asked several times for me to come look at their work as they were pruning to make sure I liked it- every bit of debris was removed- they contacted a stump man and had them grind our stumps. We had to reschedule several times due to the rain and holidays, and they were always very agreeable. Really nice company!

AI knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them.
