I get treatment once or twice weekly. Superbly trained and knowledgeable staff (currently 3 therapists and 1 intern), wonderful explanations, excellent facility and machines, provide detailed instructions for home exercises, friendly and competent. Reasonably priced. They have been a life saver. in terms of my mobility problems.

    Conway Regional Medical Center
Conway Regional Medical Center did a very good job. My therapy was for arthritis and so there were learned limits in what I can do. But I was pleased with them. There were tempts to do to improve and so I did had some major improvement. Overall, I would rate their services as "A".

Andrew and the staff at the rehab worked on relieving the pain and rebuilding the muscles which were damaged and atrophied from 4 months mostly in bed. In particular they fixed severe pain in my left wrist and though very painful, they also relieved the *stuck* tendons in my calves which made a HUGE difference in being able to walk and move again without pain. I started out with 3 days a week then worked down to 2 and 1 until we were both satisfied that I was able to maintain the gains on my own. They were always on time for appointments, never longer than 10 minute wait. The billing and insurance matters were handled without incident and copies needed for records were easy to get and not very expensive. The staff up front as well as the therapists were competent, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. All in all I'd give them an A+ and wouldn't hesitate to refer others to them. Also, the costs involved were covered for me by insurance, but had they not of been the fees (bang for buck) were well worth it coming in around $50 a visit.

I highly recommend them. I was impressed with their professionalism, office staff, facilities and the kind of work they did on my shoulders. Everything was fabulous. They offered a wonderful care for children and adults.

    Touchstone Physical Therapy
He is excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed something that had been missed by a number of people before. He is very specific about exercise instructions.

It was really effective, and I really liked him. They helped me out a lot. The staff was always pleasant and always polite. They gave you attention when you needed it and left you alone when you wanted to be alone. They were very in-expensive for physical therapy if my insurance didn't cover it. The staff is always cheerful, the place is spotlessly clean, and they're always there to do what they need to do.

They did an excellent job without causing me a lot of pain to get me back to full use of my arm and being able to turn my head. They are all very, very nice people and extremely professional and good at their jobs. They are very good at fitting you in if you really need to be seen.

    Results Physiotherapy Hendersonville
I went to Results for a little under 5 months for a lower back issue.  Early on I was seeing my therapist twice a week, but due to work had to reduce my visits to once and possibly twice a week.  The facility was always clean and well kept and the equipment is in very good condition.   It is a little hard to get an appointments with the same therapist consistently, but it can be done.  There was also a lot of people being seen at the same time too, which made doing exercises hard.  I would often have to watch around me in fear of running into someone while performing them.   My therapist was good and very knowledgeable; however, she lacked a bedside manner which I feel is necessary in this field.  She was also inconsistent with her feedback and communication.  For example, one week she would say that my numbers indicated that I was improving; however, the following week she would tell me that my numbers were actually staying the same, if not worsening?definitely inconsistent feedback.  The front staff nice unless you had to cancel or reschedule an appointment.   Lastly, I would often wonder if the therapists work on some type of ?quota? system.  My husband and I went out of town twice for one week at a time during the 5 months of therapy.  During this time, I was called numerously to schedule an appointment; although, it had been communicated to my therapist that I would be out of town.
