I LOVE Allpets Animal Hospital. They are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and professional. They have treated our 3 dogs and 2 cats over many years and through several tough situations. The office is clean and cheerful. The wait time is very reasonable. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful. The doctors always go above and beyond in caring for our pets. I always walk away feeling they secretly love my pets as much as I do. So grateful for their thoughtful, tender treatment for our pets. Highly recommend.

    Dunlap Construction Co Inc
We would not hesitate to recommend Brent Dunlap for any job from remodeling to building a new house. Brent was our contractor for our remodel and was very diligent on keeping his sub contractors on schedule to be on site as work progressed. We could not be more pleased. Bob & Judy York

We chose Allpets because it"s the closest vet and received good reviews of Dr Paladino whom we did not see. We were escorted into a room and shortly a young assistant came in. He didn"t spend time petting/bonding with my dog or getting information. Instead he stated he was taking my dog to the back to "weigh" him. I waited several minutes expecting the vet to come in, introduce himself as we are new patients and new to the area, conduct a review of systems and medical history of my dog. Instead the assistant brought my dog back stating "he didn"t like being restrained. He peed, he pooed. The doctor will come in to talk to you." I have a 4 year old trained chow show dog. Chows are very clean and soil only when they are sick/old. My dog must've been terrified with how they "restrained" him. When the vet came in I told him my dogs have always been examined in my presence. He said due to "liability " they no longer do that. I can appreciate that, however it was his responsibility to inform me of what he was planning to do to care for my dog. My dog had been given 3 year rabies and 3 year parvo vaccines in the past and I assumed he would be given the same since they are available. I found out from the receptionist when I checked out that he had been given a 3 year rabies but only a 1 year parvo (while he was being "weighed"). She stated "we only give the I year parvo so that you have to come back next year". We dog owners need annual heartworm tests and preventative as well as any other pertinent labs for our dog's age/health status. The lack of communication between a veterinarian and a pet owner shows disrespect, does not foster trust and is downright dangerous. The 1 star is for cleanliness of the facility.

This was by far THE WORST experience of my all my experiences!! Dr.Larousse shouldn't b practicing!! He was so very rude and cold! My cat of 18 years was having some problems. Brought him in and found out he was suffering from kidney failure! The so called Dr was so ugly and cold . when it came time to euthanise him, they allowed me n the room with him. He was so traumatised theres no telling what all that so called dr did to him when I wasnt present. His teeth were chipped and broken so obviously they were very rough with my poor old cat in his final few minutes of life! While my cat was still alive and when I was right n front of him he was yanking my cat around by his tail!! I asked him to stop and he threatened to kick me out of the clinic while my cat was being euthanized!! I asked him if it was so terrible that I simply asked him to stop handling my cat by pulling his tail and he responded that yes it was wrong of me and he would have me removed if I kept it up!! This was a terribly hard time as it was having to have my cat of 18 years euthanised and with this jerks rude attitude and horrible bedside manner, it made it so much worse!! Ive given this vet thousnads of dollars to treat my pets, but I never have cared for thier cold bedside manner!! I will let my pet die before I bring it to this **** whole!! These people should NOT b allowed to practice medicine and I am also reporting them to the vet board!! Save your pets the misery of NEVER being subjected to these cold hearted bastards!!

Do not go here. They are very unprofessional. The building is dirty. We check our dog regularly for fleas and he never has any, yet the two times we have been there we have found fleas on him. The first time we were there, our dog was nervous. The vet did not want to deal with him pulling away so he struck our dog to "bring him to heel". The second time we had an appointment to get our dog fixed. We showed up five minutes before our 10am appointment. They saw random dogs that came in until 11. When I finally asked when my dog was going to be seen since we had a 10am appointment, they said they had to get all of the walk-ins out of the way first and it could be noon before I got seen since more walk-ins kept coming in. I told them we had an appointment and we should have been seen at our scheduled time and they LAUGHED and said that isn't how it works. Really? That's how it works everywhere else I've been. They said they had a vet out and that's why it was how it was, but that is not excuse for forgoing a scheduled appointment. I took off work to be there at that time that THEY picked to be good for it. At least they were "kind enough" to give me my deposit back. I was told not to go there by a family member. The family member said that they took their dog there back in the day because they thought she was pregnant. Doctor Mann kept saying she wasn't and even "checked"...a few weeks later she had a litter of puppies. Do your dog or cat a favor and go somewhere else please.

    All For Pets Veterinary Clinic
I did not end up getting the treatment need for my animal since the veterinarian more than doubled the price of service quoted by the front desk.

    Hounds Lounge
Boutique experience at an affordable price. Groomer did a great job. Asked the right questions to ensure I got what I wanted. The unique experience was that after the grooming my dog was able to play in the cage free indoor and outdoor areas with other dogs! This was great because it allowed her to socialize and I know she was having a great time while she was waiting for me to get off work and pick her up. Good prices, cheaper than the chain stores, Book in advance because they are often busy.

Just as important to me, though, is the extra mile Dr. Joan and the vets will go for their customers. There are SO many examples I could share but I'll just give two: 1.) one time the city picked up our young dog, Pumpkin, who had for the first time gotten out of our fence. When we went to get her at the pound, she was dead in her pen. We were devastated and wanted to know what had happened. No one could tell us and they wouldn't let us take Pumpkin with us. Joan very kindly offered to make some calls to help us find answers to our questions. For that alone, I will never forget her kindness. 2.) About a year ago, one of the semi-feral cats my husband was feeding showed up badly injured. After much treatment, we brought Newman home. Unfortunately, before long, he was back in the hospital and things didn't look good for him. Because she was afraid he wasn't going to make it, Joan took Newman home with her one night because she didn't want him to die alone. That kind of compassion and heart can't be bought for any amount of money. That compassion and heart (in addition to the excellent medical service) is why the customers of Hillcrest Animal Hospital continue to take their pets to Dr. Joan and Dr. Larry Nafe and the other vets in the clinic. If I could give them an A++, I would!

We have used Permiere Boarding to board our dog 3 times now in the past 2 years. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we receive and our dog comes home very happy. I have been impressed with Dr. Dean, the owner and his staff. I would defintely recommend.
