    Generally, I can reach them without any problem and if I do have a problem they usually come.  They are a national company and so professional.  I haven’t had any real problems with them.  I usually get an appointment with them within a day.  If something goes wrong with a part of the service I can remedy it online or the phone. They provide good and excellent service.  I don’t have a lot of comparisons on price but it seems pretty fair for the services that we had.  We have two specialty stations and internet runs really well and it is wireless.  We also have landline phone.

    I would use them in the future. They are the only provider that we have in this area. They are costly expensive of the internet, DirectTv and landline.

    The quality of my home phone is questionable. Sometimes it says my line is in use, when it is not. I called them once about it, and my line was messed up again. They were responsive. I am switching providers.

    Technician arrived exactly on time, was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable; although a few weeks later we had trouble with our bedroom cable service, called for service, and that tech arrived on time, was very professional, and indicated that the first installation tech put a box at the 2nd cable location that was not needed, removed it and no problems since.

    They are prompt. They only work between the hours of 8 to 5 pm. They do not work at night unless it is an emergency. The internet is fast. They have had some server problems.

    I use their services every day. In Conway they would be about the only thing you could get and they would be fine. They do a great job. I would continue to use them in the future.

    They put in a line. Ordinarily you have a monthly payment, so they charge you nothing when they come out just to check things out. I like the services. I've had a little trouble with their repairmen. I think they use independent contractors. The last time they came out, it wasn't a great experience because he did not know what he was doing, and they had to send another guy (an outside operative, who knew and found the problem), so that was a downer. I've had good experiences, and bad. That one, it ended up good, but it started out being bad.

    There not much of a choice, if you want high-speed internet. They're not responsive We have had air logs on our router at home, and get disconnect pretty much on a daily basis. We call them they say they will give you a credit off your bill, However I never see the credit.

    I am getting sick and tired of them. I have never been late on my payment. I used to pay my bills to Atlanta, Georgia and I have to now do it to Texas. Since past three months, ever since I have done it through Texas, my bills are late. I have been paying a late fee. I never get billed beforehand to say what I owe. I have been falling behind for the past three months. I really wish there is another way to do it. I know that I had sent a payment, but they said that they never received it and then they did receive it. It’s really weird because Texas is like the next state. The day before Veteran’s Day, I sent a package to my sister in Connecticut and my sister got it on Saturday in Connecticut. I keep getting a late fee. So, it’s really ticking me off. I pay between $50 and $60 a month and that’s just for home phone and a little bit for talking. There is static in the background when we talk on the phone. I don’t know how many times we talked to them and they keep telling me that it's the filters, but they never fix the problem. It’s aggravating and my husband finally swore at them about a couple of months ago. It happened every single day. I have sat with them and I have talked to them. My husband talked to them as well because they had a sale on for $14.99 for 6 months to a year if we change our internet service. I told them that I had them for $14.99 and it was good for a year. Then they changed it, doubled it and they went from $14.99 to $30 a month. I told them that I couldn’t afford it. So, I tried to find another cheaper service. They kept calling me every day. They called us during the day and they called us during the night for the same thing. If they could do it for $14.99 for a year, I can’t see why they can’t do it for $14.99 all the time. It’s just a normal phone and they charge $35 for caller ID and all the stuff which is a little package deal which is included with it. I don’t know half the stuff that they have on there. I really just needed it for long distance calls. The quality is bad. If you have your computer hooked up to the phone, the static is unbearable and it really ruins the conversation. I have put filters in around the house, but it still hasn’t fixed the problem. They charge you when the guy comes out. They charge me if it’s my fault and they don’t charge if it’s their fault, but I don’t know if it’s my fault or not. They are pretty good in responding except for one instance. I haven’t called them and I am really upset because they are going to make my credit go bad because I have been late for my bills for the past three months. I don’t know what happened to my check, but it did show up. I mailed the check the same time I mailed my other bills. My other bills got paid real fast. I think that they are holding back my check because they are not telling me when my money is due anymore. Anytime I get something from AT&T, they are telling me that I am late. I changed it from getting it through the mail to electronic thinking that I won’t have this problem, but I am still having the problem. They did finally get the check but not before I had to pay a late fee. I have to use them until I find something else that is better than AT&T.
