All of the staff is very professional. They are gentle and ask about where you are hurting, and if you need special attention, they modify their routine for you. They don't make you feel uncomfortable. They do this all day, so just hop on up and get rubbed down. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. You FEEL like you can relax.

Dr. Carbury asks lots of questions to try to identify the location of pain and sources. I think in my case, the source of my back pain was actually due to a tight hip muscle, so the back adjustment wasn't quite as helpful as usual. It's usually fairly easy to be worked in. Parking could be better, but there is Kroger across the street and parking in the alley behind his office. Regarding the massage therapists, I do like them. They are very professional unlike some of the creepy people that offer really cheap massages at fly by night places like groupon.

    TouchPointe Centre
Every appt. is great. Johnnie and TouchPointe schedules plenty of time between appt. so if I want to take a few minutes after the appt. I can. Each appt. is designed around what I need. Johnnie asks each time where I hurt or need work then handles it. This is a gift I give myself and it always makes me glad I do.

They're really great. They're highly skilled, and very interested in listening to what my concerns are. They give very focused attention to meeting my needs. The staff is friendly. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

    NATURAL REHAB THERAPY
I have very sore back and neck muscles. I've been to see Tom many times. If you believe in scientific massage, someone who really knows the muscles and reasons why pain happens and what to do about it, as opposed to a New Age kind of feel good experience, Tom's your guy. He's very close to being a physical therapist, without charging PT rates.

    TouchPointe Centre
The Centre is great. Clayton is the massage therapist that worked on my back. He is good, but still needs to work on listening to his clients. I needed my muscles worked on, but didn't want a painful deep tissue massage, which I told him repeatedly yet that's what I got and it hurt for days. On the bright side, my muscles did loosen up!

    The Center of Classical Acupuncture
At my first appt, we spent at least 30 minutes going through a detailed interview over sleep patterns, diet, symptoms, etc. She takes a very and quot;wholeand quot; and holistic view in her practice. The actual session is very different from any acupuncture I have had in the past. It is only about 30 minutes long and she only leaves needles in for about 5 seconds each (uses moxa at the tips). As she is there for about 1/2 of the session actively moving needles, it is not the most relaxing session BUT I have never (in my expereine with acupunture) had such QUICK relief, almost immediate for acute sprains, muscle tightness, etc. I go for monthly and quot;tune upsand quot; for menopause and seasonal allergies (few times a year) and have had almost complete relief from my symptoms (in addition to diet change). I highly recommend Dr. Sparrow

    Caracalla The Body Spa
I have had dozens of massages in my life. I can honestly tell you that I had the best massage of my life at Caracalla Spa by Michael. Some therapists are just going through the motions, maybe even passing the time by talking to you, but this guy wants you to relax. I was all worried about my jelly rolls, but he couldnt care less, kneading away like he's getting paid by the jelly roll! (I'm not a whale or anything, I'm just saying us ladies are a little self conscious around handsome hot wings) Anyway, then he said something about my knotted neck - needing someone to work on it, even if not him. In other words, genuine caring. He's a good guy. If I had a pile of money, I'd go back every week.
