    Bennett, Dr. Steven F.
However, I complained about the office staff to him and others. My entire account was over billed. I made advanced payments and would receive constant bills that were outrageous and could not get them to investigate why. It however, was not always this way but the end of 2014 my account and my family's account was severely over charged and my payments were suddenly balance to $0.00 after I told them that the checks were to be split between 2 accounts. They owed me back almost $600 but after sometime they quit billing. I was hoping it would go to collections but never did. I saved all my paperwork. Spent thousands on my genetic condition with this office. I found out later that all the staff was fired and charges against some for extortion.

So far, so good. I am walking 3-5 miles nearly every day, and the drinking has subsided considerably.

    Marvin Covey MD
I have had care from this group for approximately 8 years. I continue to drive from Missouri for care because I haven't found anyone else that provides this level of care. They are highly professional and up to date on the latest methods of pain control for chronic pain. I appreciate Dr. Covey's ability to listen and diagnosis as well as offer reasonable options for care for me. I also greatly appreciate the fact that they "work around" me living 4 hours away.

Everyone here is extremely well trained and has an excellent manner. The office is small but comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

Dr. Carbury asks lots of questions to try to identify the location of pain and sources. I think in my case, the source of my back pain was actually due to a tight hip muscle, so the back adjustment wasn't quite as helpful as usual. It's usually fairly easy to be worked in. Parking could be better, but there is Kroger across the street and parking in the alley behind his office. Regarding the massage therapists, I do like them. They are very professional unlike some of the creepy people that offer really cheap massages at fly by night places like groupon.

Dr. Bennett has now helped me recover from a and quot;pretty severeand quot; case (according to the nerve test Doctor) of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in my right hand, and nerve damage in my left hand/arm that caused my ring finger and pinky to be completely numb. The symptoms worsened if I rested my arm on a table, arm rest, or console. After a month of adjustments, I have almost no symptoms at all! He suggested stretches and exercises to do on my own to help as well.

I have been using them for years. They are extremely professional. They are aligned with the medical community here. Most of their employees are licensed teachers. Their price is very reasonable.

    Darin Wilbourn MD
Went in for initial consultation and exam. Had typed a summary of dates, problems, and treatments. Included anything I could think of so I wouldn't be fumbling for facts during consultation. He examined me and told me about my options. Since I had already tried P.T. and chiropractic care, my options were epidural steroid injection and surgery. Actually, I had already been to see a surgeon. He said if I decided on the injection, just give them a call. There was no pressure. I called the next day and made the appointment. The first available appt on a Friday, which was what I needed was two and a half weeks out. The procedure went fine. I was in so much pain already, he shot really didn't phase me. He offers medicine to help you relax and I suggest you get it. He told me 72 hours would tell the story, whether it works or not. It has only been about 25 hours, but improvement has already been seen. I still have pain right now but have high hopes this dimishes over next two days. I have a follow up appt in 2 weeks.

I had a torn rotator cuff but it could not be repaired (the torn ligaments were too far apart and could not be brought back together).  Dr. Pearce debrided and repaired what he could.  PT at Arkansas Specialty Orthopedics was also excellent.  Shoulder is much better now.

    Nicholson, Dr. Lori L.
I have had a history of back problems. Dr. Nicholson is the best chiropractor I have seen. I usually spend little time in the waiting room, and her receptionist is friendly and efficient. Dr. Nicholson does an excellent job adjusting my back, communicates and listens very well, and gives me exercises for my back. I am amazed how much better I feel since I have started treatment. This doctor really cares for her patients.
