Plumber reviews in Van Buren

Repair of the fence went well, but 4 weeks after the repair is completed, we still have old posts laying in our yard which should have been removed. I notified Henley's and they said they'd come get it the next day. That was three weeks ago. No longer responding to text messages, (I've only sent 2 about this)...I had used henleys before, and the workmanship is great, but this time clean up and service after the sale were insufficient for me to recommend them

They did a really good job. When they came in the house, they used booties for their feet and cleaned up after themselves. It was less than 150$ for everything that we had done. We had sewage coming up in our yard and we had been told that we might have to replace sewer lines and they could have come and done that but they took a look at it and found that it was just a tap of some sort that needed replacing. They fixed it for a little bit of nothing and we thought it was going to be hundreds or dollars-somebody else had quoted us that. They came out, brought the supplies and fixed it within an hour or so. While they were here, we had a faucet that was leaking and the guys said they would take a look at it. We have white carpets but they put on booties and walked in the bathroom and fixed it within 15 minutes. I would use them again if I needed a plumber. They came on a Saturday.

The first time they came out, Bryant and his assistant cleaned out the kitchen sink drains and got the garbage disposal working again.  They also discovered the problem with the toilet in the half bathroom.  My Mom has Alzheimer's and had thrown numerous things in the toilet.  We thought we had gotten everything out, but Bryant found one last item, a makeup compact that was wedged sideways in the drain.  The toilet works like new now.

They had to come back a couple of weeks later to run the fiber optic camera because it was out for repair on the first day they came.  When they came back, Bryant and his assistant ran the camera thru the main sewage lines and then cleaned out the lines.  Bryant was very professional and explained everything that he did in terms that I could understand.  He even showed me video of the main sewer line after they had cleaned it out.  My parents had lived there for 44 years and I can't remember them ever having anyone coming out to clean the main sewer lines, so it really needed to be done.

I really can't say enough about how professional and courteous Bryant was.  You really need to find a way to clone him and you would have the perfect plumber always working for you.  I really appreciate everything he did for me on those days.  He is worth whatever you pay him.  Probably more.  He's is absolutely, without a doubt, the best plumber I've ever done business with.  I'll continue to tell my friends about Westark Plumbing and I will especially brag about the job Bryant did.  Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience.  Plus, your rates are better than most others I've dealt with over the years.  I would recommend Westark Plumbing to everyone.

Cory the plumber worked & worked but could not find the problem. Our line had been run for about 275 ft; he had to call his supervisor to bring a longer snake to get to the problem. He was here promptly and finished up.

really well! considering it was a bathroom/laundry that was out of commission. His wife and daughters ofter worked at the site and offered suggestion for decor and decortaing. They cleaned up perfectly every day and were quiet, clean and respectful. The subcontractor was excellent and I admire that he got a sub for parts of the job that he wanted done perfectly. I felt comfortable leaving for babysitting or shopping with them here on their own. I will use them when I redo my other bath and then the kitchen next year.

We had a drain that goes to both our kitchen sink and our washing machine. This drain became so clogged that I couldn't use the dishwasher, and every time we used the washing machine, it would overflow, so we started running the hose out the laundry room window.

I called the company the day before, pretty late in the day. They sent someone out first thing on the following morning. It took him between an hour and a half to two hours to do the work, and he didn't dilly dally around. He worked hard to make sure we had a working drain again, and his hard work paid off.

He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. I will definitely call this company again for any future plumbing problems that arise.

Our bathroom sink needed replacing - it was cracked on the underside - and the pipes were leaking into the cabinet underneath. Our tub drain was clogged to the point that none of the "over-the-counter" methods I tried worked at all. (Liquid Plum-R, etc.) Our hydrant had been dripping water forever, and our water bills went up, naturally. Matthew D. and his helper did a great job on everything, and they were very friendly and professional. They unclogged the drain, capped off the hydrant, (which we would replace later), got the new sink to match the old one, which was black, and replaced the pipes. They didn't leave a mess behind for me to clean up, either. We were very happy with their work, and felt we were charged fairly. We'll definitely use them again, and have recommended them to friends.

Over the course of a month, both our toilets went haywire and had to be replaced. (2 separate jobs) We used Roto-Rooter both times. Tim and Eric did good work and were professional and courteous. My husband felt they were somewhat high-priced, but we needed the work done ASAP and they are dependable, so that's who we called. The 1st bill (for a toilet in the 1/2 bath) was about $400.00; the second bill less than a month later was $800.00, for a replacement toilet (in the full bath) and new flange(s). Overall, we were happy with the results, and would use them again.

They came out and said that I needed to replace all the water pipes under my house. They went under my house for about two hours and said they had finished it all. The other day I went under my house to look at the work they had performed and all they did was replase one fitting that cost about 5 dollars and did not replace any of the pipe. When I called their supervisor about it, he tried to blow me off for a couple days and when, after repeated phone calls from me, He called and said that there was nothing he could do about it. This is the worst way to run a company. I expected so much more from a national company.
