    Pet Partners
We have been using Pet Partners for several years. We have our dogs (Yorkie and German Shepherd) groomed, trained and boarded there. We started with our Yorkie boarding him and grooming. Two years ago we bought our German Shepherd from one of their other clients and boarded her there while Bobby trained her. It is amazing how well behaved she is now and even listens to her commands from my 6 and 3 year olds.

    Adorable Pets
They've been very satisfactory. They're very friendly. They have good service, good groomer. They did a really good job on our Lhasa. She was in a pretty rough state at that time so they had to do quite a bit of work on her and it was about $25. I believe that they just have one groomer. I thought they were reasonable with their pricing. We had recommended them to others.

    HAPPY TAILS GROOMING PARLOR
Worth every penny. I have been taking all my dogs here since they were puppies. I had a Lhasa Apso and she went once a week until she was 10 years old and then went monthly for a puppy cut until she died at 15 years. Same thing with my Shih Tzu. She went weekly until she was 10 and then monthly for a puppy cut until she died at 12 years. I now have another Shih Tzu puppy who goes biweekly, but am changing her to weekly because she likes being out in the yard most of the time. I only have one dog at a time so I have been with them for over 27 years. Their groomers have always treated all of my girls with love and respect or I would have left a long time ago. I mean, who would shell out that kind of money to a business that didn't do the job right. My first Shih Tzu, Smudge, was quite a handful, but they always did their best while having to dodge her biting. They never gave up on her. Kris and the other ladies have always been so helpful and my puppies have attended training classes (although Smudge never took to any training I tried).

I've been using this clinic for over a year now.. Wonderful vet - Phillip Brunck..  we have had NO issue with them until today.  We take in strays and rescues from time to time.  Today, we found a puppy that had been hit by a car, we took him in along with all the cash we had on us.  I had a rescue offer to help with what we could not afford (we do donations from time to time in emergency cases).. when I mentioned this to the receptionist, she went to the back.. Through the door, I could hear her bad mouthing us - making fun of how we got donations.. she at one point even went as far as saying she would give some false sob story to get donations to pay her bills for her too!  When I confronted her on what she was saying, she started out denying it, saying it was not her who said it then changed her story to she was just making a joke!  It was very unprofessional and I was upset.  Would she rather I left the dog on the side of the road?!  Phillip Brunck refused our payment due to the issue - which was very nice of him, although, I had no issue in paying for this pups care!  I left, feeling as though I had done something wrong when in fact, I was just trying to help this puppy. I have never felt so insulted in my life.   I do know the clinic is a wonderful place and the vet is a wonderful man who has a HUGE heart, but it will be very hard for me to walk back into the clinic after being insulted so severely!

    HAPPY TAILS GROOMING PARLOR
I read that their owner, the head dog groomer, specialized in cutting terriers. So, I decided they would know how to handle my new Scottish Terrier and create a positive experience. When I went in they asked what type of cut I wanted. He's a full-blooded Scottie, so I told them a Scottie cut. She asked if I was sure, which didn't make sense...what other type of cut would I ask for? As I was leaving, she was pulling him into the room. I should've stopped her at that point, but I thought they were professional groomers who cared about dogs and knew how to handle them. I gave them my number, so they could've called at any time to let me know they couldn't groom him. When I picked him up, they told me they weren't able to finish him up like they would have liked to. He didn't behave so they weren't able to clean up the lines. I was okay with that because I would rather they stop before they traumatize him. They said to keep bringing him back and it would get better. I agreed because I didn't know they had hurt him at that time. I paid and thought they had done the right thing. That night, when he got on the couch, there were spots of blood. So, I looked him over. They cut into the nail quick. They didn't cut all his nails, but the ones they did were bleeding. Then I took a closer look at his coat. It was really choppy, he has razor-burn nicks on his jaw, and the worst is that his ears were cut in three places. I looked to make sure it was from the cut, and the hair is cut in line with the nicks. They could have stopped at any point before they hurt my dog, or at least stopped after they hurt him the first time.  When I went back to show them the damage, she said she would talk with the groomers. She was sorry it happened. She looked at his ears...she looked right at his ears that night. Of course, the next day they said they didn't cut my dogs ears, and blamed it on the dog's behavior again. The owner said she was surprised that it wasn't worse. She offered no compensation so I could take him to someone who could fix their damage, and now she said they couldn't work with my dog. It was the dog's fault and not to bring him back. They sure changed their tune. Before I complained it was oh, keep bringing him back and it'll get better. I have a lovely intelligent dog. I just hope this doesn't happen to someone else's pet, and that is why I'm posting this review.
