  • Took the car to have tires put on new rims and have air sensors banded to new rims, and a front end alignment. Drove the car a couple of days and the steering wheel was shaky, took the car back and they balanced the two front tires on the car, they were out of balance. Before I got the car home steering was shaky and wheels were out of balance. Took the car back and was told that the rims were bad and it was nothing that hey had done and there was nothing he could do. Took the car to Sam's and they balanced all four tires, by the time we got home the steering wheel started shaking again. Took the car back to Jim Grizzle, and asked if the front end could be out of line causing the problem or if the air sensor bands were slipping on the rims. He would not balance the tires and refused to break down the tires to see if the air sensor were slipping. He assured me that they had done nothing wrong. We drove the car with a shaky steering wheel and the tires wore out quickly. We bought two new tires, took the car to Cooley's and had them break the tires down, and when he, did I asked If I could look at the bands on the rims, and the bands were spinning and going side to side on the rims. The tire man told me they were installed wrong and the tire would never keep their balance due to the band spinning. Had him break the rear tires down to check them and the bands were also loose. The bands were loose on all four rims, which destroyed the Michelin tires. Cooley's balanced everything and the car drives like a dream now.

  • They are really good. I have had them for a long time and they do good. They keep my car running. They have done my cars for a long time. I have had them do my brakes. They check it out when I take a little trip. They are reasonable. They are not over-priced.

  • Very friendly and fair. Had a rental car delivered to their place, that made it easy for me to drop off.  I will review further when repairs are completed on 1-2.  UPDATED:  car was ready 2 days earlier than expected and receieved a "thank you" text from them.  Great service, very friendly and I would highly recommend.  Repairs was spotless and even received touch up paint for any scratches.

  • It was a great experiance. The salesman did everything in his power to help us make the trade and everything worked out in the end. We had a budget and he made it happen. They even went and picked up our car that was being serviced at another dealership while we test drove the new one. The definately went above and beyond.

  • Danny Turner is a nice guy overall, he just takes his sweet, sweet, and I do mean sweet time to fix anything. That would be fine if the
    quality was excellent, but it's not. And the excuses just show how unprofessional his shop is. I could not be more sick at my stomach
    that I have to deal with Turner Transmission. I'm about to be in the 6th week waiting for a repair that that Turner himself said was a
    five day fix. Danny's Turner also hired his wife a his secretary which is great. However, they are on different pages when it comes to
    telling the customer what is going on and when vehicles will be ready. And if a secretary or Danny Turner can't deal with customer
    complains, then neither of them should be in the business. Do your job and shut your mouth. The customer is right j******.

  • We have used him for twelve years. He is a very good mechanic and he is honest with you. He won't overcharge you. He will tell you what the problem is and he will fix it. It won't cost you an arm and a leg. He has fixed things that other mechanics weren't able to fix. Our daughter had a car and the brakes weren't working. She was in Little Rock. They couldn't fix the car. I took it to Kenny Wray's Automotive and he fixed it right away. One time, our son was here from Nebraska. I was riding with him and I heard a rattling. We took it to Kenny. He said that he was going to have to take the tire off. He said that there were locks on the tires and he couldn't get it off. We went to the Toyota dealer and they didn't have the key. He busted the locks off and replaced everything. He didn't charge me anything. He volunteered. I have never had to take a car back to him to have the work done twice.

  • I have a 2006 Jetta TDI.  They were very professional and the place is clean and nice.  I had no complaints about the service they gave.  Earlier, when I went to get an evaluation on my car, they looked at everything and printed out things, even if I didn’t have to buy anything.  Whenever I go in there they always ask me how they can help, which doesn’t happen everywhere.  They are expensive, but I will still use them again in the future.

  • He's real good. He's honest and doesn't do work that doesn't need to be done. He works with us. She is a college student and every time she comes in town, we have him check her car and check to see if they did the work when she has had work done at other places. Larry is excellent, excellent. His prices are excellent. He’s a good old boy. We always use him.
