Appliance Repair reviews in Ulm

    NALL SERVICE INC
Technician came in and said the air conditioner unit was low on freon and indoor filters were dirty.  He added 2 pounds of freon and I changed the filters.  The filters were relatively clean.  After they left the unit keep doing as before they worked on it.  It would run a few hours and then freeze up.  After a while I called them back and a technician and the owner came to look at the unit.  They told me that the circuit board was bad and they told me the cost for the part was $600.  I decided to have a second opinion.  I called Nelson HVAC and he came out.  When the unit started up he said the outside coils were stopped up with dirt and grass.  He wash  the coils out with water and then he put the gauges on the unit.  He immediately told me it had too high a head pressure do to an excess of freon in the air conditioner.  He removed the two pounds of freon that Nall's had placed in and now the unit works perfectly.  So Nall's
basically caused the problem to become worse.
