AKeith White Custom HomesThey are one of my favorite people here. I call him all the time asking him advice on many things. When he built our home he had a house and we had to have a house on an emergency because of Katrina so we came out here and had a house from him. But it did not have everything that we wanted and even after we had already bought the house, paid for it and all that he had his people come out and built extra things for us. We needed a larger mantle for our clock to fit on and we wanted some custom built cabinets and he took care of everything. Even long after the warranty period he would send people and make sure everything was right. He also checks with you all the time. He calls and asks you how everything is going on. We recommend him to everybody. A $160000home here is like a $350000 home in New Orleans. So there are people moving in here from all over the place.- Joel S.

FSignature Building & DevelopmentI have to say that dealing with Toby Bunch has not turned out like I had hoped. After dealing with unanswered phone calls, over billing, missing materials, unfinished work, the poor quality of work and in a couple items not getting what I paid for. The last year the only way to make contact with him is through text messaging. He would set date to come out and finish, but was a no show with no reason why. I have now started filing my complaints one at a time hoping for the best. I joined up with Angle's List to get the word out about my dealings with Toby Bunch of Bunch Construction,LLC also know as Signature Building & Development a residential builder. If thing change for the better in the next few weeks I will update this message. As of right now I am tell people through the Internet and word of mouth that Toby Bunch is NOT the general contractor you are looking for. Thank you for taking the time to read this and good look with your search for a contractor.- Sean M.

AVery professional team of people, We were able to contact them easily, if we had questions they contacted us back quickly. When they said they would be there to work at a certain time they were. It was so nice to see a team of workers who cared about quality of there work and clean up every day before they left. They completed the project on time and made sure we were happy with everything that was done.
