It is a small shop with the owner and two guys to help me.  The last time he did some work for me without charging me.  I called in at 9.30 that morning and drove there about 11.  It took them about 15 minutes to do the job.  That was the second time I used them.  They did really good work.

It's not what they did. What they did was great. But I was expecting much more front end work and transmission leak repairs. They showed me it was my tires causing the problem and the suspected transmission leak was only blow back from a blown seal, saving me at least a couple hundred dollars. Had they charged me for the repairs I would never have known the difference. These guy are true professionals with complete integrity. They were friendly, happy to explain every detail, prompt, and good at their job. They also showed to be truly appreciative of my business. I've since taken my Mother's car in for some minor work and will continue to use them and highly recommend them. It's a real pleasure to do business with people who care about their business.

Outstanding service, at reasonable price, in a timely fashion.

Since I moved to the area 4 years ago, I've been looking for a good auto service facility with skilled mechanics, who charge a fair price. THIS IS IT !! This who you call, not only for towing, but for all kinds of car repairs, for ANY make or model.

Since this garage is AAA rated, they have FULL computer diagnostics capability, for ALL MAKES and MODELS of cars. Because I drive a Subaru, I find many dealers reluctant to work on my car (all-wheel drive, boxer engine, etc.) I'd been going all the way to the Subaru dealer in Little Rock for major work--and they charge plenty!

Mr. West, the chief auto tech, and his capable staff will work on ANYTHING. They took the time and effort to get an accurate diagnosis FIRST (so many techs skip this nowadays.) Then they made sure they had the CORRECT PART, and at the best available price from various suppliers. Then they did the work, and did it correctly, inspecting my car and clearing all my old and quot;check engine lightand quot; codes in the process.

They communicated well, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did their best to keep costs reasonable. Mr. West told me he did a complete engine rebuild on a Subaru recently. Two wealthy ladies from Shreveport bring their JAGUARS up here for him to work on, because he does better work--and charges less--than the JAG dealer in Shreveport. He fixed an Austin-Healy last year; do you know what an Austin-Healy IS ? I know, so you don't need to know. But, trust me on this part....

REAL MECHANICS WORK HERE ! They do outstanding work, for a reasonable price. Bring it here. You'll be glad you did!

I called that morning shortly before lunch to check if I might get my van in. I was told I could come in at 1 PM right after lunch. I was five minutes late and they were waiting for me. I was in and out in about 45 minutes.

The car was making a loud clanking noise under the hood.  We took to Texarkana Tire and Lube and they agreed with us that they thought it was a belt, and quoted a price of $100.  They replaced the belt and realized that the clutch on the Air Compressor was out.  They explained that they couldn't just replace the clutch on this model and had to replace the entire air compressor.  They kept the car overnight as I discussed the quoted price with my husband.  We were in a hurry for the car as my son was leaving town the next day and needed it to drive. I must admit I didn't check anywhere else for pricing.  I trusted this shop to do a good job.  They replaced and charged the price that we agreed upon.  They also showed me where this was causing wear on the old belt, so it did need replacing also.

Great they quoted a price which was $700.00 cheaper than another local business that told us one of the sensors was out on the Catalytic Converter.  Ray's tested the car and said that it needed a Catalytic Converter and the price would be around $300.00.  Dropped it off the next morning and they were done with it in a hour.  Very pleased with their fairness and service.
