While we decided to plan the trip ourselves, I would definitely reach out to them for a future need.

They are the best in our area. They did a great job. I like them because they are very knowledgeable and they don't seem like they are just trying to ream you financially, but it's a good friendly, family environment and are very very capable. I would continue to use them.

The rental from start to finish was perfect. The truck was in good operation and the entire trip went off without a hitch due to Ramona.  Great service, equipment and a speedy rental process.  We will definitely share the word on this. What a find!

I have bought 2 different units from this family owned business.  I am very satisfied with the sales and service from these folks.  I am not able to pull units to their facility and they come to my location.  They are very good at what they do and very likeable people.  I have them on speed dial!

Arrowhead Boat Sales - Beaver Lake
On Sunday, March 3, my wife and I drove the short distance from our home to Arrowhead Boat Sales to shop for a used pontoon boat. We had seen one in their inventory on line and when we got to Arrowhead, we discovered that the store was closed. The great thing is that each boat for sale has a placard detailing price and features of the boat displayed. We didn't like the boat advertised on-line, but found another that apparently had just the day before been brought to the lot (it did not have the placard). I went back to Arrowhead on Monday to find out about the boat only to learn that someone had already made an offer on the boat, pending approval of financing. He asked if I wanted to put down a and quot;backupand quot; deposit and I immediately did so. Over a period of a few days, Cory Ziehe, and quot;Boating Consultantand quot;, contacted me numerous times to advise as to the status of the preceeding offer. Finally, their deal fell through and we completed the purchase of our and quot;newand quot; pontoon. The boat had not been and quot;gone throughand quot; by Arrowhead's service department and since the weather had once again turned nasty, I asked Cory to store the boat pending service and detailing. Eventually, the following Saturday, the weather got a little warmer and we took delivery at the Prairie Creek Marina. Cory and Brian Simmons, the Service Manager, went over the operation of the boat with us. Upon parting ways, Cory told us he was going camping, but if we needed anything, to call him on his cell phone. We motored back to our dock, about 10 minutes away, and pulled it into our slip. As I was tying it up, I noticed a constant stream of little air bubbles seemingly comming from the pontoon! I thought the pontoon had a leak, so I called Cory; he had already left the store (about an hour after closing time) AND he turned around, picked up a trailer at the store and met us back at the Marina where we loaded the pontoon on his trailer. He took it back to the shop and on Monday, Cory called to let me know that there was no pontoon leak found, but that the source of the and quot;leakand quot; was discovered; air trapped in the and quot;lift assistorsand quot;. We took delivery once again. Now is where Cory and Arrowhead REALLY impressed us. I went to the back to Cory with my problem. He spent over an hour on the phone with the Arkansas DFA, Sales Tax Division, and obtained and quot;Chapter and Verseand quot; of the law that exempted our boat from sales tax. THEN, he contacted the Rogers Revenue Office, speaking with Patrica, the Manager, explained the situation and sent her an e-mail detailing the particular part of the law pertaining to my new boat. Cory followed up the next day to make sure that everything went okay at the local Revenue Office. We cannot praise Cory and Arrowhead enough.

    Boat Dock Services
I have a yearly contract with Boat Dock Services to have my dock moved in & out for varying lake levels. They have done an outstanding job. Rachel keeps me informed by email with what is happening with the lake level and when they'll be by to move my dock. Whenever I have a question or concern, I email Boat Dock Services and Rachel reply's quickly. I'm considering having some new lake front stairs installed and Rachel will be the first I call. All "A's" for Boat Dock Services. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Charlie is an incredible mechanic; understands boats, motors and craft of all kinds. Trains and monitors young mechanics to assure quality work. Has taken care of major repairs that were "messes" caused primarily by sloppy work by other shops. As prompt as possible given the pressure of seasonal boat repair. Fair pricing. Good communicator to interpret the issues and requirements to repair the craft.

    The Boat Service
I recommend The Boat Service. The Boat Service have moved and are more convenient. Formerly they were worth the drive to go to Jane MO. But this year they moved their location near the gates in Bella Vista. It is especially handy as they live nearby and can meet you at the shop as needed. You can expect this type of service from Marcus and Melissa. I own two boats. Just recently we acquired a new 22' Four Winns. They cleaned the hull making the fiberglass shine like new and overall detailed the entire boat. They also helped us learn a new type of boat. They checked it out thoroughly before we bought it, and kept us informed of everything they found carefully explaining what was wrong and what it would take to correct the deficiencies. They took it on a test drive and went through it fully. Not used to an inboard, Marcus walked us through starting procedures and maintenance. He even helped us with a local marina and even recommended a specific slip. My fishing boat was in for service this year too. It had been in an accident (rear ended in MN) several years back and the bow eye hook and rear hooks had been pulled and bent. They removed the old hooks and even fabricated a backing plate to make the new hooks better than the original. They solved the problem where I was getting water in the boat by filling it with water and discovering my drain plug seat had developed a flaw and installed a new drain plug. The Boat Service repaired my outboard Johnson 110HP which was running poorly adjusting the carburetor. They also fixed my trailer lights that were intermittently on/off. I should also note that 2 years ago, my old Basscats transom separated a little from the rear deck. Rather than replacing the whole transom they made a transom plate out of aluminum that provided reinforcing and resealed the transom. It has served me well as I trailer the boat to Canada. In all my dealings with The Boat Service, Marcus and Melissa, as well as their staff, are kind and professional helping to explain the necessary work. They are easy to speak with and explain the work that is needed. One thing I value is they look over the boat and offer insight on potential problems. Expect personal service and complete thorough work.

They were very helpful from the first time we went looking to the day we bought. They had two units we liked but on was a rear kitchen and the other was not. My wife thought a rear kitchen would work better but I did not so I ask the salesman to just let us sit in each unit for a while alone to think how we would use them. He did so and it helped us make up our mind without any pressure. We bought the unit and since I did not have a hitch for my truck yet they delivered it to our home. Three months later it was hit in the rear with minor damage that needed some parts from them and they ordered those for me and sold to me at their cost. ( she showed me their invoice ) Very good people to deal with.
