We’ve used Handyman Connection for several projects in the last few years, and will continue to call when we need something done that we can’t tackle ourselves. This is third plumbing project that Bill has completed for us. As usual we were very satisfied with the job. We recommend Handyman Connection to all our friends!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY USES THEM REFUSE! April 26th my drains we're backing up into toilets and sinks upstairs Everytime I ran the laundry. I called American Home Shield (home warranty.) They sent a plumber from Superior facility services for emergency service. Around 1pm on Friday a plumber showed up. I told him the main pipe was clogged and causing back up. He advised me he would have to get on the roof and due to not having help he couldn't get on the roof. He also advised warranty wouldn't pay for it because he needed to get on the roof and they don't cover anything outside of the house. Monday same guy showed up with help. They got on the roof and unclogged the showers and sinks then charged $250. and left. Issue was solved for about a week. Started up again when the dishwasher was ran. Called them to come back out. They showed up same day went into the crawl space opened some pipes. Ran some tool down the toilets then advised me the septic tank was the issue and I needed to get it pumped. I called allied plumbing to pump the tank. Allied sent a plumber out to locate the tank. He unclogged the main drain and said it wasn't the septic tank. Allied charged $140. I have tried to contact Superior numerous times to resolve the issues. Home warranty would have originally covered my costs if it was done right the first time. (Main pipe in the crawl space.) I am now out the $250 Superior charged as well as the $140 I had to pay a second plumber. I have not been able to get in contact with a member of management. I keep speaking to the same receptionist and get the run around. This is my complaint to the BBB! They have taken weeks to months to even respond to the BBB. They refuse to make this rights! The plumber did a quick fix to get out of there and did not fix my issue. Then charged me $50 more on my card than my receipt stated. This company is lacking on customer service and compitence.

I feel so fortunate to have Cox plumbing do the work they did over the past few days. Malcom was meticulous and very determined to find the leak and repair it. He spent several days and ended up only have to bust a 1ft X 1ft hole in my garage "of all places". He would access the foundation until he knew exactly where the leak was. We are so incredibly thankful for the fantastic work he did and Mindy was awesome on the phone and worked well with both our warranty company and our insurance company. I recommend no other company to do this kind of work!!!

Over $1,000 to goof around for 5 hours of work-time charged (plus 2 hours not charged was leaving to wait on the batteries to charge in their sawsall). They were trying to go past a leak under my cement slab by forcing a smaller flex line (1/2 in in my 3/4 copper) down it to the other end. After trying that for a while in one end, they tried to do it from the other end. Didn't work, so they tried an even smaller pex line, 3/8 inch, while I was home and they could have asked me would I accept a 3/8 line in a 3/4 pipe, which I would not (he told me they tried that also). All we had talked about was a 1/2 in line. I asked if they had a camera to see where the hole was and now dig the cement and repair the pipe and the plumber claimed they didn't make any that went past 4 feet long. They could have used a camera to start and see there was a kink in the pipe 5 feet from the end and then NOT attempt to force several pex lines through. I went and got my phone and ordered one from Amazon.com that was 3/8 in camera (smaller than the one he had) with 6 LED lights incorporated in the end and a 30 foot (10 meter) cable for $20 on Amazon. I got it 3 days later and called another plumbing company.

This is a family owned and run business with nearly 30 years of plumbing experience. The owner, Malcolm, and his son, Justin, arrived on time and I immediately felt comfortable and confident with my selection. Due to their expertise and experience, my leaky problem was identified within minutes. You can trust this team to be highly professional yet honest at the same time. No secret added charges, no unnecessary parts or labor, only paying for the service as originally advertised. I HIGHLY recommend Cox Plumbing to anyone.

Mark, the owner, met us before and seemed knowledgable. He asked to be paid in full upfront, so we did which was a HUGE MISTAKE. The teardown went fine, but the tiling he and his employee did was the MOST HORRIFIC JOB. It was so terrible, that all the tile had to be completely REDONE (taken back down to the studs). He used the incorrect tools, which left terribly jagged marks, tiles were uneven spaced, sticking out, and broken. Mark had another company come in and redo the tile and Mark was to return to finish the shower trim kit, and door installation. Mark could not afford to buy the materials for the tile to be redone, so he agreed to pay us back. Well it has been over a month since the other company finished the tile and Mark not only never responded to us again, but did not pay us back as agreed and never installed the trim kit or door, so we had to hire another company to do that. Photos show the work that Mark and his employee did, not of what the 2nd company did.

Yesterday 09.12.2017 I used Angie's List to locate a plumber COX Plumbing was on top so I called them they said they would be out this afternoon to tomorrow. This morning I called right off the bat the lady was snarky, sadistic and loud explaining over and over like a broken record leak detection is $375 and the work is $600 and a post dated check cannot be for more than for seven days and kept on rambling. OK I said send them over now but no, still sounding like a broken record and saying couldn't see the leak over the telephone and on, and on! I told her she just lost my business and I'll find another. Moments later I received a text from her saying she couldn't understand why I was so angry. Obviously she didn't want by business and I called Allied Plumbing nice receptionist and they started work 45 minutes later after the call. Few minutes later I received another text from Cox Plumbing "I hope your day get better" My reply you need to get your resume ready!! Ya'Know, I just hate people who think they can run roughshod over the elderly and a Disabled Veteran to boot! COX PLUMBING YOUR FIRED!

They were working in the attic on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year. I told them I was not in a hurry to get it done and they were more than welcome to return in the morning when it would be cooler. They persevered and continued to work until they got the attic work done. Very determined, the job was less than the estimate, in this day and time, that doesn't happen. Will always recommend Johnson Plumbing anytime I hear of someone needing a plumber.

Hired to repair a leaky hose pipe. Unfortunately, they also filled the drainage pipe for my air conditioner's condenser with dirt and rearranged landscaping bricks in front of and on top of it. I *think* they did this so they could show that the leak from the hose had been repaired because the previously wet ground was now covered in dry dirt. The next day, I noticed the problem because there was suddenly flooding around my air conditioner and the previously exposed drainage pipe was buried. I called to have them come and fix and they were HORRIBLE!!! I was put on hold numerous times, explained the problem numerous problems. They promised to send someone out that day. ...They didn't. A day later, a plumber called to say he would be there in 10 minutes. Didn't ask if this worked for me. Didn't ask if I was available. I frantically drove home from work, only to have him tell me he couldn't wait and had gone to another job. Left numerous messages requesting call back from owner, each time having to wait on hold and re-explain the problem to someone who could not care less. Not one call back. Ultimately, paid to have someone else fix the damage Allied caused. NEVER AGAIN!! SO HORRIBLE!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY OR YOUR TIME, HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Moretto Plumbing was GREAT. They were easy to work with. I needed a water line replaced and Jack worked with me and allowed me to do part of the work myself to keep the costs down. I highly recommend using Moretto Plumbing. You will not be disappointed. I will be using Moretto for any future plumbing issues.
