    CLAWS & PAWS VETERINARY HOSPITAL
Dr. Wickel did a fabulous exam of both dogs. She explained everything very clear. The staff is very helpful & very friendly. I highly recommend Paws & Claws! I love having my fur babies treated like family!

    Wedington Animal Hospital
I've used Wedington Animal Hospital before for other issues and was pleased with their service. However, more recently, we took our new dog to get his routine vaccinations and checkup. It somehow ended up costing us $300+ at the end. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had it cost this much for basic vaccines with my previous dogs. Come to find out, they peddled meds to my husband and made him feel like they weren't optional - so he bought them. These are basic heartworm meds you can get online. They charged him $100 for the box. You can get it online for $45. This was all after another previous appointment a week prior that cost $300+, again charging us for excessive meds (they sold us a supplement that should have been optional). We still need other services for our new pup, but we will be looking elsewhere. If you choose to use WAH, beware of overcharging or charging for things you don't necessarily need.

    Hanford Veterinary Hospital
Horribly. I went to CA to help my daughter-in-law move to Japan. She had already had the cat in for testing and the results were due the day I arrived. A rude receptionist told her they had not received them and they had no control over the lab the specimen had been sent to. She also wouldn’t contact the lab to check on the status. The test costs $90 and the vet charged $450!!!! Ten days later, and a flight from Fresno to Seattle had to be cancelled. Since they screwed up and sent copies of the results (they must be originals), they told her she’ll have to pay to overnight the originals...IN ADDITION TO THE $450 SHE ALREADY PAID!!! Now, she will most likely have to cancel the flight from Seattle to Japan!!! This is totally unacceptable.

    All Pets Animal Hospital
Search All Pets B Brooke Martin to me 2 minutes agoDetails We moved to NWA in March of 2018. Some folks in our neighborhood recommended All Pets to us, as we have quite the little zoo. We are an animal obsessed family. :) In April of 2020, our almost 15 year old pup had a cough that just kept getting worse, so we took him in. This was during the Covid pandemic, so all clients and animals must wait out in their car and the assistants come and get your fur baby, and then the vet calls once they start the exam. Our vet calls us and tell us that our pup is critical and that we didn't have much time. We were shocked. We honestly were not prepared for this to happen so quickly. My husband and I just break down crying. I ask the vet if we have time to go and pick up our kids so that they can say goodbye and the vet tells us that she doesn't think that we have time. She asks to place us on hold (we are still sitting in our car, getting all of this through a phone call), and after a few minutes of being on hold, someone from the front desk pops on the line to tell us, "you owe $370." We didn't understand what was going on. We thought that we were waiting on the doc to tell us if we had time to go get our kids. We were waiting to hear just how critical our dog was. Is he still alive?? Can we come in?? And all they cared about was us paying them before they would give us any info. We didn't even know what we were paying for!!!! Money means nothing when it comes to our pets. I honestly couldn't believe how this was playing out. The most unprofessional situation that I have ever dealt with, and at a very emotional time, to say the least. We were heartbroken, confused, angry and just wanted to know what was happening to our pup. After payment, of course, we got to go in and say goodbye to our baby of 15 years. After many conversations with my family about the lack of compassion and professionalism from our last experience with this hospital, we decided to keep our business there. Our animals knew this place, they were comfortable here, and we wanted to give them some grace as it was during a pandemic, and maybe they were just trying to work out the kinks for this new normal. Fast forward almost 3 months later, we rescued another animal. I called the hospital to get her shots and schedule a procedure. I was told that she would need to stay two nights after the procedure. I explained that if at all possible, we would like to bring her home after the procedure, and that we would keep an eye on her. I went on to explain that we had a pretty recent traumatic experience, and before I could even explain why we felt this way, the lady on the phone interrupted me and said, "well, then you need to find someone else to do this." I was in shock. This person didn't even listen to a word I was saying. I didn't even know how to respond. She had no interest in what I had to say and the concerns that I had. I asked her to please email me all of our pets records and explained that we were so disappointed in the way that we have been treated over the last couple of months. There is absolutely no excuse for this. She emailed me our pet records with nothing in the body of the email. Nothing. Not a "thank you," not a, "we appreciate your business,"... nothing. This is beyond disappointing. It shows that our business means nothing to them. I hate writing bad reviews on businesses. But, this cannot go on. I am putting this out there so that people can be warned. You want to be able to trust your vet. You hope and pray that when you have to put one of your babies down, that it will be peaceful. The way that this was handled is something that I will never forget, and hope that no one else has ever has to go through. Needless to say, we know many many families who have used this vet and are shocked and disappointed by this, as well. We will all be moving on to find a vet that has more compassion and assistants who are trained to handle situations at a more professional level.

    BED & BONE TOO
I really love them. They provide pickup. They pickup and deliver my dogs and they watch my dog for $25 per dog. They are very clean, passionate, and very lovely with my dog. When I call them regarding my dog, they are very lively with me.

Excellent. Very very happy. Unfortunately they retired and sold their business. Hopefully the new owners will keep their standards as high as their predecessors.

    All Pets Animal Hospital
All "went" well when he came home and has been fine since. The office staff were courteous and Dr. Wolf was compassionate. I deemed the costs as average.
