    One Call came, found the problem, fixed the problem with a couple of screws(it was very, very, tedious, but didn't require unit replacement, by any means), and saved us hundreds of dollars that we didn't really have. Their response time is usually 24 hours (sometimes less), they're thorough, and they instill confidence. I would NEVER use another HVAC service. I have complete confidence in them, and I know that whatever they recommend/diagnose, it's honest and the best possible solution. As a matter of fact, they will be back tomorrow to service the furnace of the other unit.

    I would give them an F. They came and they never did anything, but their prices are unbelievable. They warn you it's gonna cost $79 to come out to your house. I said alright, because I was having trouble with a humidifier. They came out and they said okay what's your problem and I said I'm having trouble with my humidifier. He goes I hope you know that's going to cost you another, I think it was like $140, for us even to look at it. I mean, come on! So anyway, I would rate them an F, mostly just based on their price but also based on the fact that when they did look at it, they didn't know anything at all about it. They had no idea what they were doing, not a clue. So I feel perfectly justified in rating them an F, and that would be probably in every category because I really was unhappy with them. He actually talked me into instead of paying the $140, they said well if you'll start up a contract with us, that's only $200. That would negate all of this; it would be a flat $200. And so that would have been cheaper than paying the $140 plus the $79, so I did that. And then when they said they didn't have any idea how to fix it or anything, and that I was going to have to go back to the people that put it in, well then I was just out $200. So I felt cheated, and that's why I'm so unhappy too. No, I would not get them again, and I don't care if they know it. In fact, I called the office and told them when they were trying to set up a date for them to come back out here to do some more work because of the contract I had with them, and I told them I didn't want them in my house at all. I would not get them again and I would not recommend them to anyone else either. Update---Once the company found that we gave them an "F" rating on Angie's List the service manager Tracy reached out to us and offered to come out and do our seasonal check for free but we did not want them out on our property again. We asked Tracy to refund us everything except for the original service call since they did come out. Tracy did state that had she known about this during the time she would have been able to handle this issue but we called the company and complained when this first happened and she never tried to offer any resolution and now she is working with us because they have been notified that we left the F rating on their profile.

    Very professional, courteous and efficient. The service technician was competent and provided instructive information. He arrived on time, asked for relevant information, and quickly completed his work. I particularly appreciated that he went and got several sets of air filters for replacement.

    We recently purchased a home and after being in the house for two weeks, we noticed an acidic burning smell when the heat ran. I called Paschal and they had a technician out the same day. He was very professional and explained to me the needed maintenance and care for our systems. He cleaned the two furnace units and serviced the blowers. Very much appreciate his advice and educating me. Will be using Paschal in the future.

    They are going to install a vent-free fireplace. I have a gold club membership with Bud Anderson. I pay them a small monthly fee and they come out twice a year to do inspections, tune ups and that sort of thing. It also gives me discounts for services and supplies. That's who I use all the time for heating and cooling. I have been using them for almost 10 years. The price was reasonable. They came out the next day after I called them to come out. They were quite punctual and very professional.

    Perfect! My a/c went out after 17 yrs. my neighbor was getting hers installed by Bud Anderson H&C. I called her, she had the office call me. Sharon called me with in 20 minutes or so. They were easy to work with & everything went smooth. It's hard to believe I went so long w/o real air condoning. This feels amazing!!!!

    When I first called Kinty Jones back in December of 2014, he had never heard of me before.  He and I met at my house within 45 minutes of my call.  He gave me 3 quotes within 30 minutes of meeting me, and explained the differences.  Because my wife was waiting for another price from someone else, it took several days to give Kinty the go ahead.  He had a crew there within a couple days and we had a new HVAC system in less than 2 days.  I have a special roof so I had to get the roofing contractor to come and cut and flash the hole so that delayed Kinty's crew a few hours.
    I stopped in at Kinty's location in Rogers the other day and again, Kinty himself was out the door and met me at my truck before I could even get out, asking if he could help me.  I am thoroughly impressed with Kinty Jones as someone who takes care of business.   He will always have my heat and air business, that's for sure.

    This was by far the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor period. This guy blew us away in every sense of the word. If I could give him an A+ I would.  He not only did everything that was advertised, he went out of his way to ask questions and give suggestions about a few things that may become issues in the future. He calibrated and cleaned our system and it is working better than it has in 3 years. His ultimate goal was to make us happy and he truly WOW'd us.  I would use this company 10 times over and if I have to replace my unit in the next couple of years Comfort control is definitely who I will call. 
    I had this type of service done before 2 years ago by another "larger" HVAC company in the area and they left me with a projected bill for thousands of dollars to get my system running the way it needs to and didnt do half the work that comfort control did. I only paid $59 for the visit with the other larger company and I paid $80 for this one and they were not even close to being on the same playing field with their services. For the $20 extra I would say that comfort is worth that and every penny.  I almost gave them a tip for the awesome job they did because I was so please!! If you need an HVAC company. I would HIGHLY recommend comfort control.  Lating impressions are priceless!!!
    My wife is now complaining that my AC is blowing too cold!!       Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...... I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
