    Last service a employee made a mistake and caused my alternator to go bad. But Garrett admitted mistake fixed the problem with no charge. Very admirable these days for a business to be honest. A great shout out to Garrett for being honest and will always go back.

    It was about $200, it was just over $200, $225, let's say. He said, "If we replace it, which the techs are saying to do, it's $1400 or $1500, so I think it would be worth trying this", so I tried it and it was definitely worth it.

    I called and got a quote in the morning and was able to schedule and appointment in the afternoon.  As a another reviewer noted the lobby is quite Spartan, with hard chairs and random magazines but I wasn't there for that.  When I arrived I was greeted by the office person and told it would take an hour to an hour and a half.  She was polite and efficient.  My car was finished within 45 minutes.  I paid for the windshield and was given detailed instructions on what to do and not do to while the glue was drying/curing whatever it is that does.   I followed those instructions and my windshield is still there so far so good.  On the quality of the windshield I can tell it is not the same as the factory installed but it does not effect my view and rarely notice unless I'm right on the glass.  Overall a good experience and I have recommended them to a few friends.

    Just to replace the valve on the compressor and the alternator was over $100. I could have gone elsewhere and probably gotten a discount but I didn't know that, but this is one of the things that I found. They estimated that the knock sensor would cost me 107.63 per knock sensor, and I called another place, and they said it would cost $51.99, so they would have charged me 235.26, and they quoted the knock sensor harness as $94.54, and the other company only wanted to charge me $39. The intake manifold gasket set was quoted at 126.22 while the other company quoted the same part number and same intake manifold set of my vehicle model, year, and also other information, at $28.99. I found out that to degrease is part of the repair, and they were even trying to charge me $6.99.  I had to pay CAR Clinic to give me the analysis. They try to make money on the parts, and I wouldn't recommend someone to go there. A shop will show you the meter reading on the diagnostic check, and that way you can see which items the computer is saying is good or which is bad, but CAR Clinic don't do that. Although the knock sensor was a problem, I don't know about the AC belt, the knock sensor belt, and the brake fluid since I couldn't see their meter. This is the first time I went to them, and I am not going back to them again.

    We got a good windshield at a good price, installed in my own driveway.  So overall would do business with this company again.
    Two things to note:  First, they are still Glass Pro in the phone book, but the business name has changed to AUTO GLASS NOW.  A bit confusing when you are looking for their location.
    Second, when I brought my car to the shop I was told it would take about an hour.  The no-frills waiting area has hard plastic chairs - not  a comfortable spot to spend an hour or so, especially for older customers.  That's when I found out they could install the windshield at my home, so I rescheduled for a few days later.  A bit of wasted time, should have been scheduled that way when I first called.
    At home installation :No exact appointments, just a.m. or p.m., but technician showed up as promised, took about an hour, gave clear instructions on aftercare, and I'm pleased with my new windshield.

    Keith did a great job in miserably cold weather.  Due to my schedule not all the work was completed before I had to leave.  Therefore he willingly came back a 2nd time to finish the rest plus cleaned off the lovely cat footprints from the hood for me. My car looked practically new again!  I definitely recommend him and will be using his services again myself.

    Dealer cost of replacing the driver-side door control panel for my 10+ y/o Lexus was $782 plus labor.  My son suggested I ask Finn's to look at it first, to see if there might be another option.  Stefan took the time to research this online, told me the unit wasn't actually broken but the computer in the door wasn't communicating with the computer in the dashboard, and he was able to fix this electronically.  They could have charged me a great deal more and I would still be very happy with the result.  I got an appointment quickly and the work was done in less than 30 minutes.  The entire staff was friendly, helpful and very professional.  Stefan took the time to look this up and to explain everything to me.   These guys are smart, honest, and really know what they are doing - I'd recommend them to everyone.

This company will go above and beyond to make sure their customers are treated right. I highly recommend them for a pleasurable car buying experience and great service even after the sale!

    Excellent service. Believe it or not but they don't do transmission service in house. They do however take the vehicle to a nearby location to perform the service, so Garrett is a one-stop shop. No one was willing to service the CVT transmission on my Honda Civic Hybrid except for the Honda Dealership 15 minutes away. Garrett drove my vehicle there waited for them to service my vehicle and then brought it back to the shop. WOW talk about service. They are amazing. I will go out of my way to have them take care or all my vehicle maintenance needs. Exceptional.
