    Its good service but I think the price is high.  There are a lot of additional costs. Once you have your phone and all that, the customer  service is all over the phone.  Their professionalism is good.  We will continue to use them and we're still using them.

    Technicians not only showed up within the scheduled window, but they called my contact number as they were finishing up their previous job to let me know they were on their way. The crew was very professional, and performed one of the cleanest installs of DirecTV that I have ever had during my 14 years as a customer (4 house moves). We love our DirecTV service, and we cannot imagine using any other provider for our family entertainment. Plenty of sports for me, my wife loves the variety of channels, and my kids LOVE the fact that they can record their favorite shows on the and quot;KIDSand quot; DVR we have setup and then watch them from anywhere in the house. And to those that worry about service during the worst of storms (because only the absolute worst storms impact my signal), just invest $50-$75 one-time in a good HD antenna for your attic that is hooked into your cabling. That way, you will still get all of the locals (in HD) so you can keep up with where the storm is tracking.

    I am extremely pleased with the service they have provided.  Something that’s nice about them is I can go to any Wal-Mart and pick up a card and add more time.  Their price and quality is excellent, and their responsiveness is good.  They are very professional.  I would continue to use them in the future if I needed to.

    I have had no problems with service at all.  My father worked for them for 35 years, so there is a little bit of prejudice there.

    They've been really very courteous and helpful whenever I've had problems.  There have been problems with the service sometimes, but their responsiveness is good.  Overall, I would give them a B because of all the problems that I've had over the years.  I think it's the glitch working with satellites and I don't think anybody would have been better.

    I have been using ATand T for 14 years for my cell phone. Their customer service is horrible. The service is not great, but it is not the worst.

    Zero communication back as to ship dates, etc.  Ok.Got the phone, started the monthly plans, paying online WITHOUT auto-refill, so I had to manually perform this.  Worked fine for 4 months, then suddenly my card which was saved on file, would not go through.  Exp date did not change, NOTHING changed on my end.  I checked online with my card, and the pre-auths were there, but the site said DECLINED.   After talking with 5 people in the phillipines, I asked for someone in the US.  They put me on hold... then dropped the call.   I called back to corporate, again got no help.  Called back again, and after I told them I worked for the company which is the 'major retailer' that carries their phone, they then opened a ticket for me and I got to speak with someone who knew much more than the other people.  After TWO WEEKS of trying to get this straight, and no response back on my ticket... I called the local office and gave them feedback.   They told me someone would call back, and they too did not.   However I did get another call from corporate, who was finally able to get my card to go through, but they never told me what the initial problem was.    After this experience, we went and changed to an ATT monthly plan for my daughter, because this company did such a terrible job all the way through our experience with them.
