    The minute we stepped onto the Bayird Pre-Owned lot, our salesman, Donovan Todd let us know that he could help us find what we were looking for. And he did exactly that! He spent a Saturday evening with us while we looked at several vehicles and was so patient and informative! When we decided on a vehicle he worked with the finance team to get us financed and they happily answered all of my questions during the entire process. Everyone we came in contact with at Bayird Pre-owned was friendly and very accomodating, going above and beyond for their customers. We will be Bayird customers for life!

    For price, I don't know because we did one of those things where we didn't shop around. We saw the car and liked it. We just paid what he said it cost and we didn't even haggle with him because we liked it. We don't know if we got ripped off or not then.

    Recently came in to trade my wife's car and was very pleased with the wonderful salesman, Paul Cooper. Friendly, helpful, honest, calm, and realistic. We ended up trading by the end of that day and unfortunately ran into an unforeseen issue with the vehicle shortly afterwards. Lewis' entire team worked with us to take care of the problem and 'make it right' - I'll be stopping at Lewis Automotive 1st next time I'm in the shopping mood. Good folks, great service, and a well-earned good reputation.

    The gentlemen who worked on my car were very professional, informative, and went well out of their way to get to the root of the problem with my car's front end, yet did not charge for the extra time and work they put in.  They went far above and beyond what was asked of them and described everything to me in great detail.  We always use this company because of their consideration.  The owners are devout Christians and the standards for their business reflect this clearly.  We recommend this company to everyone we know.  A++++++++

    I have used the same salesperson. He has done the last five vehicles that I have purchased from them. They are very personable and low pressure. They remember me and the past vehicles I have had. It is nice to feel that people know you. The resale was such that I feel I have received a fair deal on all of my purchases. The quality of vehicles that I purchased is of high quality and I have not had to have any repairs. The whole dealership is very customer oriented and they are very attentive. They call me with updates and I can use the drop off service and they will call me and talk about the details if they find anything wrong. They will ask what I want to do about it and they will give me a price before they do anything. They treated me like a valued customer, so I value them. I have always been happy with the price.

    Jason is the service manager at Acura. When I went in for my first service, he took care of a minor recall item that I had not even received notice of. He kept me aware of the progress and was completely professional and friendly. Everyone at Acura gives the impression that they are willing to work to keep your business. Jason is the best service manager I have dealt with at any dealership.
