    My heathy 11 months puppy died while boarding with Charlotte. I was using Charlotte's service since February first for training and then for boarding. Charlotte seemed knowledgeable about dogs. The training had limited results but we thought it was reasonable since my puppy was very young. She was very disorganized. During a 5 days boarding back in March she charged me for a 7 day stay. For that same stay she overcharged my credit card more than 300 dollars and said she got it mixed up with another client���s account. I thought that although she was disorganized she could handle taking care of a dog and she would use her ability to train my puppy a little more. I went for summer vacation and left my puppy with her for a month. When it was time for my husband to pick her up we could not reach Charlotte. I sent several text messages without an answer and left many voice messages since she would not respond. After a couple of days we got an email from her saying that a door was left open and she was on a upstair bathroom when my sweet dog was able to go to the street and was hit by a car and died. I never got a phone call. Since we could still not get her on the phone we call animal control and Charlotte showed them a body of a dead dog that was being preserved by her. Now I am getting ready for the legal actions. My husband and I regret trusting her and now we and our 3 small children have to deal with our lost.

    Boutique experience at an affordable price. Groomer did a great job. Asked the right questions to ensure I got what I wanted. The unique experience was that after the grooming my dog was able to play in the cage free indoor and outdoor areas with other dogs! This was great because it allowed her to socialize and I know she was having a great time while she was waiting for me to get off work and pick her up. Good prices, cheaper than the chain stores, Book in advance because they are often busy.

    We have used Permiere Boarding to board our dog 3 times now in the past 2 years. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we receive and our dog comes home very happy. I have been impressed with Dr. Dean, the owner and his staff. I would defintely recommend.

    We've had a lot of visits, we have a dog with a chronic issue.  We were having to go in every day for awhile to get him shots.  They even came out to the car to give him the shots.  We'd give them an "A" on everything and we would use them again.

    They have great options for vaccines and parasite control. I have my dog on ProHeart and Bravecto while the cats use Advantage multi. I feel safe bringing them here for dentals due to the extra care and diligence they use with pets under anesthesia.

    My daughter took her boxer in labor with pup stuck in birth canal on Saturday night.  On duty tech took xrays & confirmed what we already knew.  She paid $250.00 for the xrays only.  They demanded $2500 cash to save the dog.  Clinic sent her away because she didn't have cash.  Roxie died Monday at real veterinarian's office.  Puppies died as well.  Several people have posted on online media similar experiences.  Unless you have plenty of money, don't waste a trip to this godforsaken place.

    Please do not take your pet here. They do vaccinations much more often than required in order to charge more. I took my dog here when he was not feeling well and they told me he just needed a teeth cleaning which they do for $300, after getting my dog home and having him collapse they put him on expensive meds for heart failure which it turns out he did not have. I took him to two different vets after this and both immediately figured out what was wrong. He had advanced stage cancer and had to be put down within days. I had told DR Barnett numerous times he did not feel well and I feel he was neglegent in his care and did not catch something that two differnt vets at different clinics figured out immediately. My dog would probably still not be here anymore but with better care, I feel it could have been caught earlier and managed and my dog would not have suffered like he did.

    Had to wait 40 minutes even though we were the only ones waiting. Was told the Vets were having a meeting. After the 10 minutes that it took the Vet to evaluate cat (didn't even take cats temp), we were told someone would be back with an estimate. The estimate was between $800 to $1000.00 for x-rays and other ridiculous tests. I opted for a $65.00, 72 hour vaccination since it was the weekend and I decided to take the cat to our normal vet the following Monday. I took the cat to my normal Vet, Asher Animal Clinic and they gave him a shot with drops to take home if needed. These people acted as if they couldn't care less.

    We love North Hills Animal Clinic. When we had a sick cat last year, they went out of their way to accommodate us and were very sensitive to our needs during this difficult time. Since then, we have used them for a variety of services including declawing and check ups. We love Dr. Katie and would not consider going anywhere else. The staff members are friendly and helpful. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

    We bring all 4 of our animals into this clinic. They are very trustworthy, and have always worked with us no matter what needed to be done. Friendly staff, very professional, and they truely care about their patients. We brought our ragdoll cat in to get her basic grooming done. They brushed her out really well, nails trimmed, a bath, and her potty trail done. She looked even more beautiful after they got done.
    There's no where else in Little Rock that I trust to take care of all our pets. They earned our trust from the first visit, and we've never been let down. Thank you all!
