    Bryant Family Landscape Escapes
Garry installed sod in the front and back yards of our home. He did a great job. He was responsive and punctual. His prices were very competitive. And, on top of that, he was a nice man to talk with--a family man who really seems to care about his customers. I definitely recommend him.

    Mr. Paint
Matthew Evan's and his partner did a great job getting my rental painted and ready to sell. I live out of State but had no problem getting the job done. I recommend Mr Paint to anyone who needs a job done quickly and cheaply.

    Fix it Guy
Mr Fix It did a great job finishing a couple simple repairs that I could not do myself since I live out of State. When you manage properly from 3 States away, you need a good Handyman to take care of your tenants needs.

2 weeks turned into a month and a half. Sure there were some additionally paid for modifications along the way, the real reason being though was lack of a team. Assurances of a landscaping team when finalizing contract never really materialzed. Owen's Son Preston was a one man show, dedicated and focused, but the only reliable up and coming landscaper. It soon became evident that landscaping was new to the company. Any other workers that showed to help Preston were less experienced and seemed bettter experienced at grass cutting, not a project of this scope. Several thousand dollars extra was spent on shade king zoysia sod that was underestimated in the original bid. About a 100 yd patch of sod died shortly after placement, Nicholson Landscaping was unaware sod company had a policy of replacing sod if it died. Owner stepped in and spoke with Winrock, replacement sod secured for this Spring, however Owner found out that Owen Nicholson has decided to get out of the landscaping business. Owner witheld $1000 from $22K final billing as a precaution. That was a good idea as the re-sodding needs to be hired out. After a rain, standing water remains in the backyard. A lawn service company has been hired to treat sod for weeds - Nicholson Lawn services is not licensed for chemical applications.

    Reed Electric
Parker Reed is just a great guy. We had two fixtures to be replaced and a ceiling fan to be replaced and he just jumped in and fixed it all. We needed a new dimmer for one fixture and he picked up the right one for us. On the ceiling fan, he took it from box to installed in a really short time. I was afraid I needed to do something with the fan before he got there, like put something together, but he assured me he had done hundreds of these. The ceiling is very old plaster and it looked like the fan might wobble a bit but he got it in totally square and rock solid. The other two went smoothly. I can't say enough good stuff about him. Definitely a professional and a genuinely good guy.

    Kitchen Tune Up
They did an amazing job. The work was completed within budget and on time. I couldn't be happier with them or the outcome. Both get A++ from us. We didn't want to replace the cabinets because they were very well made and in great shape they just needed a little TLC and this was the team to do it. The worn areas are for the most part gone and if you didn't know they were they before you'd never know they ever had an issue.

    Edward Moser Handyman/Construction
IT DIDN'T GO! I tried to retain Edward for the work but he wanted 1/2 of his quote upfront which was $8000 to start and 12 weeks to complete the job. Other contractors quoted only 4-6 weeks. As a policy, my lender will not release 1/2 of the project's budget upfront for unfinished work. I don't know of any lenders willing to release 1/2 the entire project's funds in advance. This is to keep contractors honest and prevent walk-offs from projects (taking the money and running). The lender was willing to allow for an allowance to purchase materials to get started and pay out as phases were completed...within 24 hours! The lender was even willing to set up a conference call with all parties to talk through the process. Edward was not willing to speak to the lender which makes me wonder if he was preparing to walk off the job unfinished again (allegedly) as another customer stated in their "F" review of this company. Maybe not going to walk-off, but makes me wonder why he would be so adamant about being paid that much for unfinished work in advance. I have worked with other contractors who have no problem with receiving funds for materials to get started and get paid as work is completed. Also, communication was unacceptably slow and could never leave a voice message because of a continuously full mailbox. Another red flag! I will add that he never returned any of my missed calls...only texted me many days later. I WOULD BEWARE OF THIS GUY AND THIS COMPANY! Edward is NOT easy to work with! I am sure Edward will have plenty to say to justify and counter this bad review (they always do!).

    Get It Done, LLC
CJ and his crew were very professional, courteous, and skilled. He was honest about both the estimate and notifying me ahead of time of the potential further damage he may uncover as the job progressed that may increase the costs. He understood my requirements and complied with them. His exactness was a suitable match of my own, so I am totally satisfied with the job that he and his crew performed. He kept me updated about the progress of the job, and gave me an accounting of his expenses. Not only would I hire him again, but I already have hired him for another task.

They could not get to me today they were totally booked but he gave me the name of another company to help me so I wouldn't be stuck all day not able to get out of my garage. Now thats what I call customer service!
