After taking the frame in for repair, I was told it would take about 10 days to repair and that they would call. At the end of 3 weeks I called them to ask if it was finished and it was. They forgot to notify me.

    WEST LITTLE ROCK GLASS
This is the second time that West Little Rock Glass has replaced my window glasses. This time, they removed old window glass and replaced them with new window glass on two windows in the house. The measurement was taken on-site and sent to the manufacture, new glass was then delivered to the shop, and the installation was scheduled. The installation was completed within 3 weeks from the date of measurement. They also offers 5-year manufacture warranty with West Little Rick Glass’ 1-year labor warranty. I will use their service again.

    WILKINS REMODELING INC
It took a little longer than planned due to a delay with one of the suppliers, but Jeff kept me updated throughout the process and made sure that the job was done with quality and as quickly as it could be.  Jeff's favorite saying is, "If you're not happy, I'm not happy' and he is sincere about that.  He is not finished with a job until the customer is totally happy with it.

Overall, satisfied with work.  Timely and on schedule; professional; maintained and a kept job site clean.  Owner, was on job site daily and was very responsive to requests. Very pleased with solution to recommending roof design and work to remedy problems with leaky roof. Expected better results on door replacement with glass window as described by his carpenter but due to previous issues with placement of glass windows the results were not exactly what was expected, however every effort was made to fix the problems and consider our suggestions for better results.  There were also initial problems with light fixtures being smaller than holes on ceiling resulting in a need for caulking edges, there seemed to be a misconnection with electrician and carpenter on size of holes. Owner made every effort to fix the problem and was limited due to manufactures design of fixture.  Painting job after a month since job completion has revealed some minor problems with paint easily chipping off, not sure if issue is due to painting with latex over oil based paint.  We wait to see how things evolve and see if need for warranty work is necessary. On balance, Wilkins Remodeling delivered with professionalism and attention to customer needs, they solved a major and costly problem with a faulty roof, were prompt and responded to our issues and requests as best they could.

    WEST LITTLE ROCK GLASS
The owner, Gavin Higgins, bid the job. We hired him, and we did have to wait a couple of weeks because he was on a church mission to Eastern Europe. Once he returned we scheduled a date, postponed once because a vendor had not shipped the necessary molding, On the second install date, receptionist called at the appointed time to explain they were loading the materials on the truck, and would be "15 or 20 minutes late." A nice touch, we thought, very professional. Once on the job, Gavin and crew installed the mirror perfectly, making slight adjustments to the molding to accommodate a mis-measurement of 1/16th of an inch (there's no "give" in glass). After install, crew cleaned glass and cleaned up area completely. We were extremely impressed.

At first, the door leaked because my house isn't level and there was too big of a gap between the door and the frame along the base. However, after a couple of phone calls, Allied found a solution; they installed a threshold and refitted the rubber flashing. Now the shower door does not leak. It is beautiful and perfectly functional. I knew from the outset that the job would be difficult because of the un-square door frame, so all it took was patience and ingenuity to find and execute a solution. Allied did that.

The glass over our French doors broke, and I called WLR Glass because of the rating on Angie's List. They did live up to the reputation. I paid a $35 service charge for them to come to my house in Conway (about 30 miles away), but it was worth it to me if the job was going to be done right. Gavin came out to my house, he was very friendly and professional, and very quick. We scheduled for the repair to be the next week since he came out on a Thursday. I was expecting for Gavin to be the one coming out the next week, but it was a couple of other guys. However, Gavin did call during the repair to ask how it was going and if everything was being cleaned and repaired to my expectation. The glass over the door was still intact because it was tempered glass and did shatter all over the floor during repair. They had a big vacuum and cleaned up most of what they could get to. Overall, our experience with WLR Glass was what we expected from a recommendation on Angie's List, and we were not disappointed. I would definitely recommend them.

Royal Concept Custom Homes Inc. & Remodeling
Gordon and Phil completely took out our old bathroom where the shower pan had been leaking into the laundry room, and built a brand new bathroom for us that is absolutely spectacular -- we receive compliments every time guests visit our home!   The job went very smoothly, the subcontractors were prompt, professional, courteous, clean, and all completed their jobs on time. We had a minor problem with the shower door not fitting quite right but Gordon contacted the sub immediately and it was fixed the very next day to our complete satisfaction. The tile work around the den's bar area was very complicated and required great attention to detail -- Gordon's crew did a great job with seamless results. They were very clean and every evening they tidied up before they left, as did the subcontractors.  We barely even knew they were there, they were so quiet and respectful.  On many days, I had to be at the office and simply could not get home to make some quick decisions that I initially thought I should be there in person for, and Gordon was very willing to wait on the job until I could be present.  However, by then he had earned my trust with his thoughtful decisions, and he obviously had listened when we were discussing the job because when I told him to just do whatever he would do for his own family, he did so without adding additional costs (unless it was a change order that we initiated), and he implemented the needed details with great precision and knowledge of our likes and dislikes. We will be using Royal Concepts again when we do a complete master bathroom remodel, in addition to a complete kitchen remodel once we save some additional funds.  We wholeheartedly recommend Gordon and Phil -- besides their great sense of professionalism, they are simply very nice people! Oh, and by the way, the reason we were able to do the extra work in the laundry room and the den was because their initial bid for the bathroom came in so reasonably priced that we decided to complete the extra work for the same amount of money that other contractors were charging just for the bathroom.  Totally satisfied with our decision! :)

While building our home, I accidentally called this company for a different matter. They were very nice despite not being able to help us. I marked them down for when we decided to get our shower door. The came out and measured within two days of our calling. Within 7 days of that, we had a custom shower door, including towel bar. (The towel bar was $125, making the door a bit more than we expected.) Our door is over 7 feet tall, the door is 3 feet wide, with a 3 foot side window. They had a beautiful dark metal that matches our oil rubbed bronze perfectly.
