    I am happy with them. I've used them forever, since the beginning of time. I've been with them for 20 years. I spend about $200 a month for the cellphone because I have a family plan. I just switched to the U-Verse and added my television. My experience has been positive. It has been good. I've only had some problems with the internet but it comes and goes. They thought it was a modem and they fixed that problem. I still have some problems with connectivity but I'm hoping that the U-Verse will take care of that.

    They give me good service, and their price is very good. My son set it up for me. He has his personal and his business phone with them. I don’t know if I have internet service on my phone, because I use my phone to make phone calls, though I can take pictures with it. If anything goes wrong with my phone I go to their store, so I can’t comment on their responsiveness. I will continue to use them.

    ATand T by far outweighs other cellular phone service providers. They provide a great service. It's unlimited calling, I don't have text for data plan. The service is pretty good here in Arkansas, I get 90% coverage on a monthly basis everywhere I go. I'm pretty happy with them.

    I would use them in the future. They are the only provider that we have in this area. They are costly expensive of the internet, DirectTv and landline.

    We've had UVerse for about 3 years now since we replaced DirectTV.  Overall, the service is better than satellite as you don't have drops during bad weather.  The internet service is fairly stable.  We called about a month ago with issues and they sent a technician as the lines were showing a lot of noise.  The tech showed up on time and was super nice and easy to work with.  He found the trouble quickly and noted that the original installation was not done correctly.  He replaced the wiring and our hardware with new equipment including the new wireless receivers (an additional charge but worth it).  We haven't had any issues since then with either the internet or television service. My only complaint is they are expensive, but Comcast is not available in our location.  So, it's either AT&T or satellite.  We're much happier with AT&T than we were with DirectTV.

    Back in the Summer when Sprint was having all the issues with their services (I guess they had towers down, or something like that), it wasn't a good experience at all. We were without service for about two months. It wasn't good, and they're attitude was "well, you don't have to use it" pretty much, but I will not change service. There was no phone service here at all. I made I think three or four trips to their offices. I'm sure it was through no fault of their own that their towers were down, but their attitude was really not that great. They gave me a credit back, but it was minimal. It was nothing compared to the frustration and lack of service.  When they are in operation, they're the best cell service that you can find. The quality right now is good, but my experience was bad.

    I used them for ten years. Do not use them. When I went to get my service disconnected they charged me for minutes that I never used. I called them, and I was told not to worry about it. I received a bill for seventy dollars the next month. I was never late on my bill. I was supposed to get eighty dollars back from them when I cancelled. They told me that since I cancelled in the middle of the month that I owed the bill. Their representatives were not held responsible for what they told me.
