We have used Bob's since we moved to Little Rock 3 years ago after getting recommendations from friends. His shop is located out in the country, but worth the drive. We have taken 4 of our cars to him, and several times he recommended that we take the cars to a specialty shop since they could do the job more cheaply then he could (brakes for example.) Also, a few times he has made very inexpensive repairs rather than gouging us. We totally trust him and will continue to use him. You have to call ahead of time and make an appointment, but he gets your car done in a timely manner.

    Austin Brothers Tire & Service
We trust all our work to the folks at Austin Brothers. We have had our vehicles over there many times. I bought 5 new tires and rims for my jeep wrangler in 2012 along with shocks and had the stabelizer  bar replaced.    My wife kept smelling something coming from her jeep wrangler and saw small water sports on the carport. I never could see where it was coming from until we came home one Sunday and I smelled the smell. When I checked the top of the radiator I noticed on the inside that it was leaking around the top. I thought it was because of a faulty radiator cap. We took over there and left it to be fixed. When we got it back my wife said it was still making the buzzing sound we had heard before. We took it back over there and they found the problem and didn't charge us since they had misdiagnosed the problem when it was over there the first time.   My jeep wrangler wouldn't start and I thought it was the battery so I replaced it but it still wouldn't start. I went out to see if it would start one last time before I had it towed to the jeep dealer. It started so I drove it to work that night and the next day it acted like it didn't want to start. When it finally did start I took it over to Austin Brothers to have them look at it. The mechanic said their were like 2 to 3 relay switches that could be bad that he didn't want to put a starter on there just to be selling me something if it didn't need it. The jeep is over 15 years old so I figured it had to be the starter and told him to replace it. He said he could check the relays and I told him to go ahead and replace it. They do not try to over sell you on anything at Austin Brothers. Great place to have any and all car work that can be done, done there.
