    South Arkansas Eye Clinic
I had dropped my eyeglasses in a parking lot and they had been stepped on. The arm was bent out of shape. I brought the glasses to the dispensary at the Eye Clinic. I walked in without an appointment. One of the ladies approached me and asked how they could help me. I showed them the glasses (I was prepared to leave them there to be repaired). She took the glasses and after a quick examination decided to see if the arm could be fixed in the office. She brought the glasses to the back then returned a few minutes later for me to try them. They were PERFECT!!! I am sure that not all damage can be repaired so quickly and easily but the person who helped me was very kind and polite. Best of all, there was no charge.

    MICHAEL LANGEVIN
He is very thorough and of course, we have a wide variety of ages as far as our children and stuff like that, he handles them all very well. We haven't had a single problem with any glasses or anything we've had from him so he's a very good doctor. He's also very busy so some times you've go to wait a little while to get in.

I was seen and taken care of quickly with friendly personalities, punctual, and had a great selection of glasses in both styles and prices!

    Yoos, Dr. William L.
We have used a couple of other eye clinics. Everybody in my family except for myself has eye glasses. We have been extremely happy with Dr. Yoos's office. It's actually a good drive. It's probably 15 miles. We actually drive past several other eye doctors to get there. There are lots of other choices but we continue to stay with them because we are happy with the service and with the staff. Their prices are very good. Dr. Yoos, the eye doctor, is very nice. He has a very good memory. He remembers you from last year and asks questions. They are a little bit interested in you, so it's not like you come in, give your money, and get out of the office. They are available. They are actually very flexible. I have had to cancel the day of an appointment and they have got me in as quickly as they could. The office is small. It's not a real fancy office, but it's clean and well organized. It's a small office, but it's very nice. They do a pretty good job on punctuality, but it's a small office and they have several patients out there. You might have to be willing to wait. Their communication has gotten better. They now have web access to make appointments and to look up your records.

He and his staff was very courtous and compentent from the time we walked in until we left, with my sons new pair of glasses. We will be going back to Dr. Cockrum for all of our vision care.

    MICHAEL LANGEVIN
Dr. Langevin is personable, attentive and detail oriented. He took the time to let me go back (1 or 2; 3 or 4) during the exam when I felt unsure of an answer or which choice was more clear/blurry. I didn't feel rushed and he has a great way of making you feel at ease and easy to explain any eye-issues. Witty and to the point, Dr. Langevin has let me know exactly what to expect from my eye-health (I am extremely near-sighted). He has given me good advise on how to keep my eyes lubricated (I have dry eyes) and has fit me with contacts that have addressed the dry-eye issue. Dr. Langevin is the best Optometrist that I have been to and is one of the only Optometrists in the area to accept Medicaid, fortunately for my sister and her kids. He is also the only Optometrist to have gotten my mother's glasses prescription correctly the first-time, every time. She is saddened that she moved out of state and has to go to another Optometrist.

    Yoos, Dr. William L.
I had been going to eye doctors for years and I took my granddaughter to him for her exam, and he looked at me and said I can help your eyes. He told me I had an eye infection and he straightened that infection out. I had dry eyes and I didn't even know it. I would recommend him to everybody. I have been all over the United States going to different eye doctors to help improve my vision, and no one has ever been able to help me except Dr. Yoss. He said I am not going to sell you glasses; I am going to fix your eyes! I will never go to anyone else except Dr. Yoos!
