    They're just very attentive. They're good about having open houses. They're just excellent with customer service. I felt like they really cared about selling my house. They did a good job. They're just helpful. If there are things that we need in a community or things that I don't know about, they'll recommend someone. They're also really good about calling the previous owner and talk to them about helping to find the system or the water faucet location. They have a lot of quality after the sell as well as during the sell. I would give them an A+. They're a good company. They kept me very well-informed. They have all the materials for selling the house. I'm very pleased with them.

    I contacted Steve about being our buyer's agent because of a recommendation from the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents. They said he was no longer a member of the association, but other buyers reported having good experiences working with him.  
    My wife and I had seen a property that required an appointment to view and I ask if Steve could arrange this for us. Two days later we were looking at the property and in another two days we had made an offer. All thought the experience from see the house and property to the closing Steve was there to help my wife and I and to give us sound advice. While I could tell Steve made sure to let me and my wife make our own decisions, he would give advice while never seeming to mind questions. The whole process moved at a speed my wife and I was comfortable with and Steve was always available to answer and e-mail or a phone call.
    It will be quite awhile before my wife and I need another house, but when or if we do, Steve will be the first person we call.
    My wife's mother is planing to move to this location and I have already told her it would be a mistake to not use Steve's services.

    The home inspectors name was Bruce Hokanson.
    Bruce arrived a little before the appointment and was talking to the current homeowner when my wife and I arrived.
    After introductions, Bruce explained what he would be doing and presented my wife a binder of information about the home inspection a 90 day warranty and a booklet about common home maintenance. He then proceeded to perform the inspection in a very detailed and professional way. My wife and I both felt that we could ask questions during the inspection and when we did Bruce would stop for a little while, answer our question, make sure we did not have any more at that time, and then continue with his work. Bruce went over the home very well checking things that I would have never thought of. After the inspection he set down with me and my wife, and gave a detailed explanation of his findings. He pointed out the things that needed more immediate attention and things that should be addressed, but was not time sensitive. Again he made sure he answered all our questions in a way that we understood and stayed until all our questions were answered. 
    The next day I found a full report of the inspection and a summary of the things that should be addressed in my email.
    I would definitely suggest that anyone in the North West Arkansas area use ARKANSAS HOME TECH INSPECTIONS for any of their inspection needs.

    Marty Berry helped us sell our house. Everything went really well, in terms of her services. She was good at listening to what we were looking for. She was good at helping us find another house, because we were selling ours. She kept us up to date on potential buyers. What was happening in the market. In today's market, we sold our house in about 3 months, which is really good. She is very professional. Understands the market very well.

    They were wonderful. They helped me get the type of house that I wanted. The lady that I dealt with was just really wonderful. She made sure she stayed within the areas I was looking for and find what I needed because I have a motor home and I needed space for that, and she met all of my requirements right away. She guided and helped me all the way through the purchase process. She would constantly make sure the seller was holding their end. She was a fighter; if I needed something to be corrected she would get it done. She was very active throughout the entire process, even past the purchase of the house. She even visited me a month or so after I had bought the house to make sure I was happy with what I had. I even had her and her husband over for dinner one night as a thank you to her. She would be the first person I would go to if I needed to use a realtor again in the future.

    Marvin Shelley is very professional, very thorough, and hard working. Over the years we've had opportunity to use real estate agents from time to time and a lot of them aren't very thorough, and Marvin was. We were very impressed with him. He worked real hard to get the deal done.

    REMAX Realty about a year ago actually and with real good results. We found an agent that we liked and him and his son actually work together. I think it's the biggest realty in the state and they probably have close to a hundred realtors or more just in one office. They were patient with us and they actually went through the process for about a year and a half to find a house. The father and the son both worked with us on the closing and that kind of stuff, but we did find what we wanted. They did a good job for us and we didn't have any issues with them at all. It took a long time and that was because we were being patient and tried to get exactly what we wanted and ended up doing that. Their price is consistent with what everybody else's was. We could email or text them or whatever and they'll get right back to us usually within a few hours. I've used several realtors in the past and I think it's about finding the right agent no matter what the realty is, but we were real happy with REMAX's.

    Ok, so if anyone out there is looking into buying a house through an auction, don't! Especially through Williams and Williams Auctions. My wife and I were the highest bidder at a recent auction for a house in Springdale. Come to find out, they told us that our offer was too low and that they were going to refuse the bid. The starting bid was $1000 and the auction had no reserve. We decided to play their game because we wanted the house. We gave them a second, higher bid which they turned around and told us that they couldn't accept it either. This was after we had been informed by one of their "agents" that our bid should be accepted without any problems. So we went ahead and filed for the bank loan and we were accepted on that end. Today, they decided to put the house back up for auction and pretty much crushed all of our hopes for a first time home owner. So, learn from our mistake and do not allow Williams &Williams to have your business. They will only screw you over!
