  • DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They ripped us off. Charged us $270 for 30 minutes of work clearing out a sewer line. Then it just clogged up again. Called another company and they found the sewer line was not closed up properly and it filled with dirt. That cost another $140. They TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF US, knowing we are poor people. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

  • We had a hot water tank that was leaking slowly. It was not an emergency but needed to be replaced before going on vacation in a week. Jack the owner and his associate are very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest Christian and very reasonable and fair. They got it done. I highly recommend Moretto Plumbing and Design. He even called the next day to make sure everything was good. You will not be disappointed.

  • Anyone can write a great review on any home service referral site, and they sure are a great way to praise good service. I just wish there was an even more powerful way to describe the outstanding, professional service and workmanship we received from Ted at First Class Tile. From the very first call through the day of completion was a first class experience, and we could not be happier with the entire process. The day I called Ted for an estimate, he was able to come and provide detailed recommendations and pricing. His formal written estimate was exactly what he described in person earlier that day. He got us scheduled quickly, and worked with us on questions and design elements in the days leading up to the job. AND guess what ! He showed up on time or even a few minutes early each day to begin work. And WORK HE DID ! He quickly set up and protected our floors all the way to outside the house. He worked Clean, fast, and efficiently. Each day he explained what would be completed that day, and he always accomplished what he said he would. He cleaned up the work area spotless after himself every day. He gave great instructions on preparing and maintaining our new shower. And the bill was exactly what was estimated, no surprises ! He was so friendly and agreeable. I have spent my entire life in the service industry and Ted’s customer service is truly a refreshing thing! Trust him with any job he promises to deliver on, you will be so glad you did.

  • I was thoroughly impressed with my whole experience through American Standard Foundation Repair. Upon the initial visit for the inspection I already felt good to just have them there to see what was going on. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth. Due to the situation, I was financially unable to have them perform the repairs. However, when I expressed that I was going to attempt to do it myself, they went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had to get me pointed in the right direction. In the event I ever need any other related work done and are fincanially set to do so, without a doubt, they will be the ones I turn to.

  • I called the company and scheduled an appointment to have one of their techs come out to the house, The tech arrived on time, was polite, courteous, clean and completely upfront with what would be involved in the repair since it meant a bit more involved then I thought, and how much it would cost. I agreed to the price and the repairs were done the following day once he was able to get all the parts needed for completion. It ended up taking a bit longer then first thought but he was able to get it done and did a wonderful job I am pleased with the service and the company and will be using them again whenever the need might arise.

  • We bought an older home and had toilet backup issues just a few weeks after moving in. I called 3 "A" rated plumbers on Angie's List. Jack was very reasonably priced when compared to the other two I contacted (one of those companies wanted $370/hr on the weekend). Jack spent a 1/2 day trying to clear obstructions from the downstairs toilet -- he pulled out cotton shop towels, masking tape and other items likely left by remodelers hired by the previous owner. He also pulled tree roots out which was a bad sign. Unable to clear the blockage, he brought a crew back on Monday to trace the line using an electronic device. Since the line didn't have cleanouts, it's wasn't apparent how the line went from the house to the street. Jack brought an excavator and proceeded to take out the old line (which was packed full) and clear blockages both to the house and from the curb to the street. He installed new PVC pipe with 3 cleanouts. I'm thankful that we were able to connect to existing pipe and didn't have to tear up the new patio. Jack and his crew are a hard workers - spending 11+ hours on this job. He had given me a quote prior to doing the work and actually gave a significant discount since he didn't have to dig as deep as originally thought (4 ft. vs. 7 ft). I would trust him to do any work I have in the future and he will be the first one I call.

  • It was early to mid-afternoon, I had turned the water main off so was without water, had localized where the problem was and even had parts - I just needed help. Going down Angie's List, I called several plumbers in the area, left messages with some (which, to date, were never returned) and others told me it would be 'the next afternoon.' I then called Moretto's. I again explained the situation (I'm sure by this point I was sounding pretty frantic and down-beaten) and Jack said 'we're on our way.' They arrived in 90 minutes and had rescheduled the remainder of their day's 'non-critical' jobs to come fix my issue so I wouldn't be left without water! As it turned out, I did not have all the parts necessary, and they didn't have what they needed with them. They went to our local hardware store, were back with everything required and had the leak completely repaired in good time. They even, upon my request, checked the rest of the exposed plumbing for leaks and stressed that I call them if I ever needed any other plumbing assistance. The bill was extraordinarily reasonable, they were very professional, and I felt confident in their work. I'll most definitely be calling them again.

  • The men were prompt and very efficient. Dustin answered all of my questions and made suggestions for maintaining our septic system. Both Dustin and Daniel made sure gates were closed and locked before leaving and were so polite. I will definitely recommend and use their service again. Thank you!

  • The Brandenburg's diagnosed my problem as a pump that had to be replaced. I made the mistake of trusting them to treat me fairly. They ordered the replacement pump from Madison County Hardware "because they have a trusted relationship". The charge for the new pump was $1,200 plus $225 for a few pvc parts and $500 labor charge. That evening I looked up the price of that pump. I could have purchased the same pump with free shipping for $800. Their "trusted relationship" upped the price of the pump by 50%. It gets worse. They installed the pump but my system wouldn't work. The senior Brandenburg told me he had altered the factory settings on the new pump to increase the pump flow. This action flooded the leach field and the new pump could not work beyond its performance maximums. They said to wait a couple of days for leach field to dry. I called them back several days later because the pump was running all the time. They returned, and made a lot of guesses about the problem and finally the senior Brandenburg asked me for the new pump's owners manual. It was then that he discovered that a 1/8" hole needed to be drilled into the outflow pipe or the pump would air lock! This new pump had worked under those conditions for two days. They didn't tell me the price of the new pump until after they had installed it. Their work was shabby. I felt cheated by the Brandenburg's and Madison County Hardware.

  • I have used Moretto Plumbing several times and have been happy with the service, punctuality, professionalism and price each time. HOWEVER, I phoned and spoke with Jack Moretto about my toilet problem and he instructed me to text him photos of the inside of my toilet tank, which I promptly did. He did not call back that day so I phoned and left a voice mail inquiring as to whether he had received the photos. It has been a week and he never did respond.
