The whole experience went really well. She was opened to answer any questions because there were lots of things that we know. She didn't treat us like it was first baby but she was down to earth and that was really nice. She was also very conservative in the sense of making sure everything was okay. She was very thorough. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything was alright.

I liked their facility and the staff was very nice. The particular doctor I went to see was nice, but she did not have the bedside manner I was looking for. I did not go back to them and I will not use them again in the future.

Having just moved to the area, I took a big step of faith in choosing this physician with no referrals, but I'm so glad I did. I found him and his entire staff to be quite well informed regarding my needs and presented a very professional and friendly environment. Dr. Feezell has been the first doctor I've ever had to address adrenal fatigue symptoms. I'm so happy to say in a short amount of time I'm seeing some incredible improvement under his care....most of it due to correctly balancing hormones and identifying vitamin deficiencies. I would especially recommend him to any woman who has been struggling with fatigue problems following a hysterectomy and never told to use anything more than estrogen to address the issues.

Dr. Smith is the type of doctor who treats his patients like intelligent human beings who can make their own choices and he works hard to lay out the situation and then let the patient choose what works best for them. He doesn't judge and he recognizes that the human being he is treating has a brain and is the person who ultimately makes the decision in cases where that is possible.

With my first child, I was 39 weeks, healthy, and TIRED. I remember him looking at me after he had laid out all of the options and saying and quot; What do you want to do?and quot; I was really impressed by that. A doctor asking me what I want to do?!? And I truly believe that he would have been 100% fine with whichever of the options I chose.

When I was pregnant with my twins, there was some worry that there might be something wrong and he was so kind and reassuring. He delivered them with confidence and skill and then when it was all over had something characteristically funny to say.He knows when to get down to business and when to have fun.

I guess the best recommendation for Dr. Smith came from a nurse at the hospital. I was waiting to be wheeled into surgery and she leaned over my bed and whispered and quot;Don't you worry. Dr. Smith is a great doctor. A lot of the nurses here use him. He'll take good care of youand quot; Now either he paid her a bundle for that endorsement or he really is a great doctor!

So when we find out we were pregnant again, we tried to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Over a month wait, got in to see the Dr. once, it lasted 5 minutes asked me if I was feeling ok, that was it. I had to ask for an ultrasound and blood tests to make sure everything was really OK. She was very dis concerned about my status or pregnancy. When the time finally came for my first official appointment, it snowed, they closed the office for four days, when one was fine, and the roads were drivable. I managed to make it to work all week and to the clinic the day of my appointment, but they couldn't. After that, tried to reschedule, was told I would have to wait another month or more for another appt. Outstandingly ridiculous. The appointment staff need to be trained, I had to request the lady to actually look it up on the computer instead of telling me she didn't know.

I'm pregnant with my 2nd child. My first child was born in Idaho via a c-section. The state of Arkansas has a ban on VBACs; however, I had heard that Dr. Smith was one of the few doctors in the area that was willing to recognize the desire to have a VBAC as part of a woman's rights...and that he would do all that he could to help a woman have the kind of pregnancy that she desired and was most safe for her and the baby. I had already seen another doctor previously in NWA who wouldn't even talk to me about the possibilities of having a VBAC. During my first initial meeting with Dr. Smith, he sat down with my husband and me, knowing that I desired to have a VBAC already from my paperwork, and spoke with us about all the pros and cons. He explained the reasoning behind the ban on VBACs from a professional and political point of view. I could tell from the start that he was very empathetic with my desire, and that he was willing to do all that he could to help me have the best experience delivering as possible. He's always been very willing to sit down with me and my husband to answer any and all questions that we may have. I'm excited to be able to have my baby soon, and I feel like he's truly excited for us as well. He's always been very sweet and patient with my 2 year old son who comes with me to all of my appointments. My son loves going there because he always gets a ring pop after wards. My only complaint would be that sometimes I've waited in the waiting room for over a 1/2 hour. My appointment will have been scheduled at 11, and I don't get out until 12:30 or later. I've since realized that it all has to do with the time of day...hint: that's just before their lunch break so they're way backed up from all the questions between client appointments. I've since found a better time, and they see me as soon as I check in minutes before my scheduled appointment, and I'm out w/in a 1/2 hour. It's great!
