Lighting Installation reviews in Rogers

We hired Jole Wyles to do several different remodeling projects at our home. This guy can do just about anything needed done at your home. He is very conscientious about his work and professional and trustworthy. We leave him here to do his work and we are not even home. Our dogs love him! (That says a lot). You won’t find anybody more talented and professional. He is still doing work for us and will definitely keep him busy with projects. He is a man who knows how to do many different things. I highly recommend him! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. :)

I had an amazing experience! They were on time and did all of the items on my list in less then 4 hours. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable, professional and courteous they were. I will absolutely call them anytime I need electrical work in the future!

These guys know their stuff. Their subcontractors (mostly) are pros and speak highly of R&R. High praise, indeed. I found both Ronnie and Marvin easy to work with and responsive to my many questions, without being condescending. My rating of "Fair" on punctuality in no way reflects on the quality of work or my satisfaction with the job. Patience is not one of my virtues.

This job required working in an attic above a room with vaulted ceilings, installing lights where there had not previously been any, and locating and using some existing wiring in the attic. Jeremy did awesome work and I couldn't be happier! He was very personable, prompt, efficient and professional.

Went really well. He showed up exactly on time - was very professional and nice to talk to. Did a great job. I am not positive about the date the work was performed so I put an estimated date.

The house was built around 1980 and a few years ago we began noticing several different electrical outlets throughout the home would spark a little when plugging something in, so we decided to have every outlet examined and it was found that the majority of the wiring was "stabbed" into place rather than correctly "wrapped" and secured/grounded. In addition, it was discovered that the kitchen's sink disposer and under cabinet dishwasher were not wired to code as the wires to the disposer switch were exposed (open air) with no protective conduit! Since we were going all out with electrical fixes, we had the electricians add new lighting above dining table and switch out our bathroom's old ventilation with a new energy efficient model that also included a heater. Lastly, the kitchen and bathroom needed to be brought up to code with the installation of GFI feature which was done at the main electrical box instead of having to replace the sockets directly in the kitchen and bathroom! The guys worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. Not only are we more comfortable with the knowledge that our electrical wiring is secure and appropriately grounded throughout the house, but our favorite feature is the new dining table lights that brighten the open room and give better definition to the space!

Very pleased with service and responsiveness. The cost was a bit higher than estimates we had previously received for the replacement of the panel box with a newer and larger box. Not quite sure about the value of their annual plan at $99 per year. This may be of more value to an elderly person who is unable to do general light maintenance and cleaning, such as cleaning ceiling fan blades and changing out light bulbs and batteries in smoke detectors.

They were very good. They were very professional and courteous. We really like them, and have used them for other things as well. They were quick and very responsive. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing.

I rate Staley as one of the more reliable and professional companies who have helped us remodel our home.  We emailed them through Angie's List and got a very fast response.  Bob and Jeremy came out to look at a large number of small to medium sized tasks in our home, and were willing to work on an hourly basis, which I prefer when working with reliable companies, since you don't have to set the requirements in stone before you begin and the company doesn't have to overbid to cover potential complications.  I was given the option to buy my own materials or have them supplied by Staley.  I have some electrical experience, so I was able to choose all of the materials myself.  I had one of the area's "big name" electrical companies out a few months before and got what I felt were some dubious suggestions, including replacement of the entire electrical main box at a very high cost.  Jeremy inspected it closely and said it was actually in pretty good shape.

I'm extremely particular, so I basically never see work that I am 100% satisfied with, but this job came as close as any.  Jeremy was punctual, professional, and flexible when we made minor changes to the plan.  He offered advice how to complete things in a cost-effective way.  He properly disposed of or recycled the job-related garbage.  He works like a machine.  Bob followed up via phone and email to make sure everything worked out and sent us a receipt for our credit card payment.  You'll find electricians willing to work for a little less (and some for much more), but very few that work as professionally.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for their overall value and quality of service.

My suggestions for them would be to provide a more official final project invoice with the repair items and total costs listed (in either PDF or paper form) and to equip the employees with a small portable vacuum to clean up minor dust/debris (larger debris was handled  just fine).

He installed a half bathroom in our large closet which was done poorly. He is very glib and is all talk but no show. Whenever we had a request for him to redo a job he had an excuse for everything. He installed a switch to our bathroom outside of the room which we asked him to redo and put it inside the room which he did do. We requested a Kohler toilet and he ended up put in something different instead. He did not communicate with us much as the project went along and could not even do a good job doing grout work. He does the minimum in so may ways and we would never use him again.
