    It's excellent, she has been doing it now for a few months and its wonderful. Shes detailed and brings her own supplies, if there are ever any extras that need done like the cabinets, etc. it's never a problem

    I hired Dave from 1500 miles away after reading his reviews and, have a conversation with him. Glad that I did. I was at the house the day he arrived to do the first cleaning and was glad that I was able to meet him and discuss my needs and preferences and what he would do to meet them. I was thrilled with his choice of tools and products and appreciated being able to choose which I wanted him to use. I left him alone to work his magic and when I returned home was not only thrilled with how clean and orderly it was but also, with how clean it smelled. Not because of chemical fragrances being used to make it appear clean but because it had been cleaned thoroughly with non-toxic natural cleaners. Being very sensitive to cleaners and fragrances, it made me extremely happy to not be sick in my clean house. As an example of how Dave thinks outside the box and goes above and beyond, I asked him to wipe down the empty kitchen cabinet and pantry shelves as the previous owners had failed to do this and when he not only wiped them down, he oiled them all. They looked beautiful and healthier for his having done so. Not only will I hire Dave "I Clean Houses" to return, I already have. PS: Communicating with him is easy and a pleasure.

    Upon hiring, the company rep told me the crew were forbidden to move a ladder. Crew did not bring a ladder. Without a ladder and another to move it, a crew cannot properly clean home light fixtures, top of appliances, top of door trim, top of upper cabinet's and similar high places. After the crew left, we found a lack of cleanliness in all of the above and a closet floor with numerous dead bugs clearly visible around the edges. Had I been unable to speak Spanish, communicating issues to the crew would have been very difficult at best. The company should have provided proper tools to do the entire job, without my help, and made sure the work was properly performed. I gave the company a good rating immediately after the service, but before we found all the issues with their work. Customers should take time to closely inspect the work after the crew departs and rate them accordingly. I would you never use them again.

    I was not pleased with the job that was done. The light fixtures were not clean, there was still a greasy film on the backsplash above the stove top and on some of the cabinet doors. I called Janeth and asked her to come check the house and see what she thought. She came right over and agreed that the job had not been completed properly. She then sent 2 people the next day to redo the job. It did cost me a 2nd day before we could start moving into the house, but, the job was then done as desired.

    Excellent. We had them do a deep cleaning of our home. They arrived on time. Listened to my wife on the specific areas of need. They used our products where we asked and provided product where we didn't have any. Highly recommend.

    It was okay. It was good but not great. I don't know if the problem was not my giving them as much direction as I normally would. It was fine. They were good. They were probably average in price but I found a better one. I felt uncomfortable with the gentleman she brought. I was given to understand it was ladies. I don't know why but I felt uncomfortable. The other thing I felt uncomfortable was they immediately started telling me all these other things they were going to do and how they were going to lose their house if they didn't get the job done. I think it made me feel uncomfortable too. I think they were not professional. They were excellent on punctuality. They arrived early.

    I purchased 2 hours as a gift for my wife on 02/22/2015 Order # 1793956.  My wife started calling for an appointment in mid March but could not get a return call. She was able to get them sometime in May and a appointment was made for June 24th at 10am (my wife noted that the person she talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  On 06/24/15 I took the morning off and I waited until 10:30am still no show, so I called. She stated that we did not have an appointment until 07/01/2015 at 9am.  My wife insisited she wrote the correct date down and knew nothing of a 7/04/15 appointment.  The person I talked to said she would come out and do the job herself that day 06/24/15 between 3 and 4 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I then took the rest of the day off, at 4:30 still a no show so I called.  She stated she was trying to get here as soon as she could but it might be as late a 6:30 pm (the person I talked to seemed extremely stressed out).  I had things to do so I asked if we could just keep the 07/01/15 9am appointment she had for us and she said yes.  On 07/01/15 at 9:20 am still a no show so I called.  She stated she was on her way, but was not sure what town I lived in.  I told her Rogers, Ar and she said she had it and would be there as soon as possible but was coming form Sonora, Ar (which is about 40 minutes away).  At 10: 30 still a no show I called, she stated they were 3 and 1/2 miles away.  They arrived at 10:36 and started at 10:39am.  We asked that they dust the blinds and wash the interior windows.  At 11:12am 33 minutes later as they were both heading for the front door, she stated we dusted the blinds and cleaned the interior windows bye.

    We purchased this service via the Angie's List Big Deal for $299.  The provider couldn't get to us for a couple of weeks.  When she showed up she was an hour late and didn't bring any cleaning supplies.  She had no idea how to clean a travertine tile shower and was generally not engaged.  She told us her mother had died the week prior so we felt horrible and told her we'd reschedule, which we did for two weeks later.  She was scheduled for 10:00 am and called at noon to tell us the job she was on ran long.  We re-scheduled again for 10:00 am.  She called at 11:00 and said the lady she was working for that day showed up an hour late so she couldn't get to us until 4:00 pm.  There was no way she could finish before 9:00 or 10:00 pm, so we told her to forget it.  She called several times to reschedule but we weren't interested.  Finally, my wife decided to give her another chance and rescheduled.  She didn't show or call. We think this is a scam.  She knows if she stretches her schedule out longer than 30 days that people can't get a refund from Angie's List (which is a problem itself).  There is no way I'd recommend that anyone use this provider.
