  • I was thoroughly impressed with my whole experience through American Standard Foundation Repair. Upon the initial visit for the inspection I already felt good to just have them there to see what was going on. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth. Due to the situation, I was financially unable to have them perform the repairs. However, when I expressed that I was going to attempt to do it myself, they went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had to get me pointed in the right direction. In the event I ever need any other related work done and are fincanially set to do so, without a doubt, they will be the ones I turn to.

  • We bought an older home and had toilet backup issues just a few weeks after moving in. I called 3 "A" rated plumbers on Angie's List. Jack was very reasonably priced when compared to the other two I contacted (one of those companies wanted $370/hr on the weekend). Jack spent a 1/2 day trying to clear obstructions from the downstairs toilet -- he pulled out cotton shop towels, masking tape and other items likely left by remodelers hired by the previous owner. He also pulled tree roots out which was a bad sign. Unable to clear the blockage, he brought a crew back on Monday to trace the line using an electronic device. Since the line didn't have cleanouts, it's wasn't apparent how the line went from the house to the street. Jack brought an excavator and proceeded to take out the old line (which was packed full) and clear blockages both to the house and from the curb to the street. He installed new PVC pipe with 3 cleanouts. I'm thankful that we were able to connect to existing pipe and didn't have to tear up the new patio. Jack and his crew are a hard workers - spending 11+ hours on this job. He had given me a quote prior to doing the work and actually gave a significant discount since he didn't have to dig as deep as originally thought (4 ft. vs. 7 ft). I would trust him to do any work I have in the future and he will be the first one I call.

  • Simply OUTSTANDING! Mike and his team poured out passion and their skills to deliver as promised. The crew was personable, diligent, and professional at all times. We are extremely satisfied and will continue to recommend American Standard Foundation at every opportunity!

  • I had them out to give me a price a week before and the guy who came out was nice and gave me a quote on the spot. When they came out to do the work they had a short in their gutter machine that kept tripping the breaker, but they got that fixed and got to work. They work very fast and I was happy with it. I was worried that they would try to charge more since they were there awhile getting the short fixed, but they only charged what the quote was so I was pleased with that also.

  • We had a ton of water coming in under our house when it rained. We researched foundation people etc. and American Standard Foundation stood out among all the others. I sent an email to them for a look see and get an estimate. I received an email back the next day and then a phone call to set up an appointment.  Mike Herring came out...crawled under the house, measured, assessed the water problems, figured and refigured.  He sat down at out kitchen table and went over each and every problem and showed us  exactly what could be done to remedy the water problem.  He said I'll send you and estimate and you decide if and when you are ready..." I will not bug you".   The estimate was very concise.  He itemized each and every part that we would need. We gave the go ahead.  He had a crew show up.  They dug up the landscape and placed it on plastic.  They laid plastic out and removed the creek gravel to it.  The crew hand dug the entire length of the house... kept everything as neat as possible.  Placed rock in the ditch and laid the drain.  Put in several pop up drains at ground level so that they would not interfere with mowing. Sealed  an area around the pool  and rerouted the pool drain water out into the yard away from the house.  The day they left you could hardly tell that the work at been done.  Everything was neatly put back into place.  That night our area received a lot of rain...the next morning Mike was here by 9:30 to check to see if any water had come under the house.  He could have just waited to see if he got a call, but instead personally came out to check for himself.  And, by the way...NO water.  Hard job WELL DONE.  I would highly  recommend American Standard Foundation and Mike Herring.  His crew is great!!!!  I don't believe there is a foundation problem or water problem that he cannot fix.

  • We are remodeling our house.  In the process of the remodel we discovered that our drain pipes had rotted out, and had to be replaced. We have a concrete slab that had to be cut into in order to get to the pipes. This "ditch" ran through my kitchen, my living room, hall way and both of my bathrooms.  Needless to say our house was not livable.   It took Danny  over 3 weeks to lay the pipe, in what he assured us would take 1-2 days.  He constantly put us off, always had an excuse ( I forgot.  I am sick. ect..)  When the pipe was  finally laid, we had to harass him to come and cap the cleanout  drain in our front yard and to  fill the hole in our front yard.  (The cleanout drain rests in my flower bed, which was destroyed, and will have to be re-done.)  Once he was finally done with all of his work, he did not get us a receipt, for insurance purposes we have to have a receipt.  Again, it took over 3 weeks and constant harassment before he would get us the receipt to turn in to insurance.  Will not use him or recommend him to anyone.  Nice guy, poor work ethics.

  • It was great, we no longer deal with the extensive flooding under the crawl space, we get minimal drainage in a lot of rain from other parts of the house.  They have come back out a couple of times to adjust the jacks which we knew would be needed.
Their workers were polite, and worked extremely hard to get it done in a timely fashion.
If we have any other issues they will be the only one we call.

  • We're very happy with the services provided by American Standard Foundation Repair. They were on time, courteous and professional. We would definitely use them again and we're so happy that our front yard won't turn into a pond the next time there's a heavy rain.

  • I had several leaks in the water line between the meter and the house - built in 1986. After several estimates, we contracted 1st Plumbing Services to perform the line replacement. They came on time, performed the work quickly, cleaned up, and got paid. The track-hoe operator was a real artist - very skilled. In spite of rocks and roots, they worked quickly and left the yard in presentable condition. Cost was considerably below other estimates.
