    Awful! Do not buy a car from them! My entire family goes to Mclarty for any of their cars, and the first time I buy a car from Lewis I am lied to and screwed over, and on top of that poor customer service after I bought the car. All the way around I have had a horrible experience. The first thing I ask when buying a used car is if it was bought from an auction. Joey Brooks told me it was not and even made up a huge story about the "people who traded in", and what they were like. He insured me when I got my tittle it would have the old owners names. Well I never received a title in the mail. It had an oil leek, they covered up by filling it to the top, and so within three weeks I had to pay to get that fixed. Then I top of that I spent thousands of dollars in transmission problems. I went ahead and got my tags with the paper work they gave me, and the dmv gave me a period of time to get the title in. I called and requested a title again and they said they would mail it to me. Never received it. It's a year later and I cannot renew my tags until I get a title on file, so I made another phone call today. It's going to take them three weeks to get my title from the auction they bought it from in Missouri, and I'm now driving on suspended tags because they have to have the title. Awful awful people! Mclarty has never done anything like this to me, my family or friends. Gave Lewis a try, and after the first time I just want my friends and family to never use them! The number one advertisement is word to mouth, and when you treat customers so poorly it effects business. If I had a wonderful experience my sister in law, my boyfriend, my friend, my stepmom, and my aunt, might have bought their new cars from them and that's just in the last three months, and then word to mouth would have spread from there. No matter what the price of the you are buying you should be treated with respect and good customer service. Awful awful business!!!!!!

    The price was $20. They charged me for the price they didn't even charge me for the labor. It was something simple. Overall they were excellent. Their service stakes are very good. They called me, the next day I went there and they fixed it. I would use them again in the future.

    The salesman gave no presure and let me drive the car alone and did not push sales pitch on me. Manners were used , which are very important and polite. The salesman stayed after his work hours and did not try to push another salesman on us. The transaction was fast and no back and forth games were played. Showroom was nice and they all made sure our visit was a good experience . Just ask for Todd .
