    Adventure Subaru
They get pretty much an "A" for everything. This is the 2nd Subaru dealership I've worked with and they both have been excellent. Everything is fine. One thing about Adventure, they have a great waiting area. I would use them again, as a matter of fact I have an appointment for November.

    Firestone Complete Auto Care
Less than 6000 miles later, one and a half years, the engine light came on again. O'Reilly's said it was Code P0332 again - the knock sensors. I called back Firestone who said the parts and labor were out of warranty and I would have to pay the full cost again if they determined it was the same problem. Firestone only has a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. So i took the vehicle to a different ASE certified mechanic and shared the history. The first question they asked was, "Did they replace the wiring harness? You nearly always need to replace the wiring harness in addition to the knock sensors." They diagnosed it as the very same problem again and said both knock sensors and the wiring harness needed to be replaced. They said, "This is a common, known problem." I searched the problem online which verified this problem in 1999-2007 models and "the wiring harness should be replaced in addition to both knock sensors," I called back Firestone and the manager insisted they did the repair right the first time, saying he called the Chevrolet dealership who said replacing the wiring harness is not "required." I asked why it wasn't even suggested to me to replace the wiring harness. He wanted me to bring the truck back to Firestone but said I would have to pay for all parts and labor, even if it was the same problem. He would only diagnose the problem for free. So I had the very same repair done over again with another mechanic who offers a 3 year/36,000 warranty on parts and labor.

    John's Auto Repair
Real mechanics! Found problems, fixed the windows and did two small jobs for me as well. Started right away and focused until the job was done.  The other mechanic came and helped out a couple times as well. Would recommend an appointment.

    GEORGE NUNNALLY CHEVROLET
The price was $20. They charged me for the price they didn't even charge me for the labor. It was something simple. Overall they were excellent. Their service stakes are very good. They called me, the next day I went there and they fixed it. I would use them again in the future.

    Sunset Auto Repair

I have sent friends there. He is very thorough and I feel like he is very honest. He is upfront and does not do services that are not necessary. He is very fast and can get things done really quickly, within a day or two. I would highly recommend him and have recommended him to everybody. His price is very reasonable.

    Tim's Automotive & Towing
I'm not one who writes a lot of reviews but really felt compelled to write you in this instance.  I would never used Tim's Automotive before this instance and would not have heard of them without the prior reviews.  My sports car was sitting in the garage all winter and would not start even with me trying to jump my car via generator or my other car.  The battery was only a yr old and I didn't think that the issue was with that.  After they came to my home and towed the car away, after a "battery" of tests, it was determined to be a faulty battery and the battery was replaced.  I was impressed with the level of professionalism.  They even sent someone to my home to pick me up as I didn't have a way to get to the shop to pick up my car without taking a taxi.  I was also happy to save $50 for being a Angies List member.  If I ever have another issue with my vehicles, I will certainly not hesitate in calling Tim's.

    Norm The Tire Man
Tire installation is on a first come first serve basis at Norm's. Follow up tire service is on a "we will get to you when we don't have any new tire customers" basis. Be prepared to wait four times the estimated wait time (2hrs vs. 30 mins), at least that's been my experience with Norms for both new tire install and rotate/balance.

    AUTO MAINTENANCE INC
This is one of many jobs they have done for me over the past 25 years, including replacing a complete new engine a few years ago.  But the thing that has kept me going back time after time over the past 25 years, is the fact that Jeff Young, the shop?s owner, is as honest as they come.  The first time I had my car in his shop was August 18, 1988, and he said my alternator was bad and a new one would cost about $145.00 installed. But when I returned to get the car, the bill was only for the labor to replace the alternator, about $35.00 total invoice.  I asked him about the savings of $110.00 and he said that after removing the old alternator he found a sticker on it from Oreilles auto parts for a lifetime warranty, so he traded it out with them at no cost to me.
He could have easily pocketed that $110.00, and I would have never known one way or another, but he did the right thing because he is honest, not just a little honest, but totally honest in every way.  Over the years I have probably spent over $30,000.00 with them, and I have never felt cheated in any way, form, or fashion.  They always get the job done right the first time, and I've never had to take a car back for the same problem.  When Jeff says it's fixed, it's fixed.

    Tim's Automotive & Towing

Tim and his entire crew were very detailed in their explanation of the numerous problems with my truck, and were thorough in their repairs. In the future I will be asking Tim to "look over" any vehicle that I plan to purchase.

    Landers McLarty Ford
I AM FORCED TO GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO GUARANTEE MY WARRANTY. I BOUGHT THE TIRES HERE, SO I GET FREE ROTATION. IT GENERALLY TAKES 90 MINUTES TO GET THIS ROUTINE MAINTENANCE DONE ALL THE TIME. IT SHOULD BE HALF THAT TIME OR LESS.
