    NWA Detail picked the car up and charged me for that even though they say it's free on their website. When they dropped the car off the owner pointed out one stain and some pet hair but I wasn't concerned with that. I was more interested in getting the throw up out of there. Unfortunately I didn't notice until the owner had left with the money just how bad the car still was. It was just cleaned enough to look finished at first glance but closer inspection told the truth.
    There was throw up still in places that were harder to see like the floor and ceiling. They vacuumed the inside a little but didn't shampoo the seats. They cleaned the windows but they were streaky and cloudy in areas. The cup holders were sticky with cleaning fluid and the car smelled terrible. The outside was barely washed. There was dirt on the roof and tires and if the car had been waxed at all it was an incredibly thin coat. 
    You can imagine I was pretty shocked at just how bad the work was. This was on a Friday. I tried to call the owner right away but he never returned my call. I called again on Saturday morning because they advertise being open by appointment only. I guess I didn't qualify for an appointment because the owner refused to do the work that day.
    I called back on Tuesday but the owner said they were closed because he was sick that day. I was starting to get frustrated at this point. I happened to be driving by their shop shortly after that and saw the owner there working on another car. I couldn't believe it. I pulled in and asked him right then for a refund but he refused, saying they would have to be allowed to try again because they don't do refunds.
    I asked him why he wasn't being honest with me about being closed. He insisted he was being honest, that they weren't open, and he was only helping with one car. I had a friend call back later that day pretending to need work done and he told my friend they were booked up and couldn't get to it that day. Either he was lying about being closed or he lied to my friend about being booked up. Either way you cannot trust what these people say.
    Early into this mess I tried to stop payment on the check but it was too late. The owner had asked me to leave the name blank so he could stamp his business but instead when he left my house he went straight to a bank and cashed the check in his name. Add that to the list of things these people said that ended up not being true.

    Keith was very prompt and called and told me an eta to the job.  Once there he let me know what he was going to perform to our vehicles.  He cleaned the interior and exterior from top to bottom including shampooing all carpets and mats and hand waxing.  I was so satisified with our first vehicle he did I asked him for business cards to do other vehicles of ours and he finished another one that afternoon.  I cannot wait to have Keith do my other vehicles.  He made my vehicles look brand new.

    I stopped by to get a quote one afternoon.  I was greeted by the owner, and was quoted $165 inside and out.  I have a camper on the truck, and explained that in addition to the rest of the truck, I wanted the bed to be washed out as well.  He agreed and I dropped the truck off the next morning.  When I arrived at the end of the day, I noticed that my roof rack was broken.  When I looked closer, I noticed that the bed of the truck had not been cleaned and that the top of the truck had not been touched either.  There were still bird droppings on the top of the cab.  (I will say that the interior of the truck looked excellent though).  The owner came out and explained that the roof rack broke when they sprayed it with the pressure washer.  I let him know that it was made from cast aluminum and weight rated for hundreds of pounds and that I didn't believe him.  He then admitted that they hit it on the garage door.  I told him that I was not satisfied with the quality of the work.  He told me that I would not be charged and that he would pay to have the damages repaired.  We went inside and located the replacement parts online.  He told me he would call when they arrived.  I stopped by a couple of times to follow up, but after 5 weeks I could tell he was not going to follow thru on his promise.  I ended up ordering the parts and doing the repairs myself.


    This guy had some kind of sob story every time I talked to him.  He seems very dishonest, and this business is just overall shady.

    I can't be positive enough about my
    experience!  The team was punctual and efficient, and my car looked
    beautiful and immaculately cleaned.  The job the team did cleaning and
    polishing the interior of the car was just as good as a $200 detail I once got.
     In addition, I got to hang out in the clean and comfy lobby while I
    waited, and browse the cool artwork for sale, made by Lifestyles artists.
     I bought a really cool mousepad, some Christmas ornaments, and some
    greeting cards.  The best part was knowing that the money went to a great
    cause: Lifestyles!

    This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had with any business.  To sum up, the following happened:
    1. I had to call the provided number six different times before I ever got a response.
    2. They cancelled my appointment at the time of the appointment.'
    3. They re-scheduled, then called to ask if I could bring the car to them.  I did, despite the fact that this is a MOBILE detail service.
    4. After keeping the car all day, they still never got around to detailing it.  The said they would re-schedule.
    5.  They rescheduled, then rescheduled again.
    6. This time, I had to bring the car to their shop.
    7. They did a terrible job. I could remove dirt from the car with my fingers after they were done.  They damaged the paint.  They LOST ONE OF THE FLOORMATS, then would not pay to replace them.  They made us choose replacements from other people's used and discarded floormats.
    8. They did refund the purchase price, but it was not worth the weeks of communication and inconvenience, the damage to the car, and the loss of the floormat.

    Couldn't believe the price!  Charged only for the light and not the labor to install it.
    I have purchased cars/trucks from Kent Riley Chevrolet (and previous owners) for over 30 years.  SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH!

    My son's first car was in bad need of some TLC - especially the upholstery.  There was a very intense smokey smell from the previous owner..... This company did a fantastic job of restoring the upholstery. Check out the photo I've submitted!  They were precisely on time and took their time when doing their job - no rushing.  They were courteous, too.  I'll be recommending them to my family - -- and my husband will be calling next week to detail HIS car!

    First of all, this was not a detail.  I think it may be common now for businesses to give glorified car washes and call it a detail, but If you are paying under $100 do not expect anything close to a detail.  Door jams, hard to reach crannies, interior console - all left untouched.  The trunk was not even vacuumed.  
    Not only was the car not detailed, they actually did damage to my vehicle that I regret not taking legal action over.  First off, they completely lost one of my car mats, which were nice and relatively new.  To add insult to injury, they offered me an old left-over car mat they had sitting in the corner of their shop, rather than offering me cash to replace mine.  I guess in the process of taking out my mats, they ripped out the little knob in the floorboard of my car that the mat attaches to in order to keep it from sliding.  I later found it in the back of the car.  Lastly, I'm not sure what they actually used to wash my car, but my paint around the hood area is damaged.  The damage appears like water spots or drips that have eaten into the first layer of paint.  I did not notice this damage until a couple days later after I really started to inspect the work that they did.
    Needless to say, this was literally the worst and least professional interaction I've ever had with a place of business of any kind in my entire life.  From the scheduling to the actual work performed, this was an experience to be avoided.
