    I received about six emails and telephone calls telling me that a repairman would arrive between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and to be sure someone would be home and that I would be called when in route. I sat at home all day! It is now 7:45 pm and I've yet to get a call saying repairman is in route and certainly have not had anyone look at my problem! My question, where do I go from here? My wife still has laundry that needs doing and we still have a broken washer. I look forward to an answer from somebody. I don't know where the situation broke down, hope you find out!

    Dryer frame was broken in move and was unrepairable, and he said so. He checked the washer and said it was fine. He didn't try to sell anything he couldn't actually accomplish. We appreciated that! He only charged for the service call. Will use him again if needed.

    When he came, he said he suspected the problem was one of two possibilities.  He had the part and everything he needed to make the repair.  He tested the machine.  Made the repair and tested it again to make sure it was working.  He did not make a mess and cleaned up after himself. He was professional and neatly groomed.  A gracious gentleman.

    Went beyond what Samsung generally has service providers do when appliance is out of warranty. At first serviceman said error code said we needed to buy new sump unit. But looking a bit further he found a small float that had stuck. We cleaned it up and it works fine.

    The service man arrived early, after calling to see if he could arrive 15-20 minutes early. After I told him our issue and where our A/C was located, he got right to work. When he was done investigating the issue, he came up to talk to my husband and I. Our blower fan went out so we were not getting any cold air in the house. He also let us know that same fan blew our hot air in for the heater. He gave us all our options and prices. He let us know that since our unit was from 1985 and since more parts inside were rusted, there was a very large possibility that we would have another issue in the near future. (If we just replace the blower fan, later down the road, another part might lock up.) He was very good at answering all our questions and concerns. We decided to replace our whole unit and go with an electric heater (we had propane). Since it would take a week for them to get the new unit in, he did what he could to get us cold air flowing for the week. I had to call him the next day because the fan stopped, but he told me that might happen and told me to call him at any time. When I called him, they brought a used blower fan and motor to put in until the new unit was in place. So we had cold air for the week wait! The following Monday, the team arrived and got right to work. They changed the heat over from propane to electric (no extra charge, it was included in our quoted price), put in the new unit and got everything working in one day. They then came back the following day to make everything look nice - hang wires that were strung across the floor of the basement, fixed a broken duct, insulated the air intake to the house, fixed the hole they accidentally made by the breaker box, picked up all the random pieces they dropped. They went above and beyond to get everything looking nice. Usually when you have something repaired, after the team leaves you have to go pick up and clean, but not with this company!! I loved it!
