  • VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS, THEY COULD HAVE GOTTEN ME KILLED!!!! They moved one of my fuses, resulting in me not having tail lights while driving in The dark!!! The spark plug was still good, just moved after a disagreement with the manager...My car broke down while driving so I used my roadside assistance, that's how I ended up using Redline. When they came to pick up my car to tow it to a shop the driver recommended their shop, telling me they'll beat the price of the other shop that I was going to tow it to. I just moved here so I took his advice. When I called after I had not received an update on my vehicle, I was told what the problem was and given a time that it would be ready. When that time came and went with no call from the company, I called back to get another update on my vehicle, I was cussed at and hung up on when I asked to speak to the manager, and this was the manager cussing and hanging up on me!!! When I went to pick up my car the same manager who was so extremely rude on the phone, made sure he saw me before giving me my keys. This is when I had a grown 40-something year old man literally get in my face, stick his finger an inch from my face, and proceed to cuss me out in a very loud tone. This was in front of 3 other of the employees, but of course no customers were left in the office. He then gave me a price $100 more than what i was told over the phone, which i refused to pay. He finally ended up honering the previously given price and i left quickly. The next night while diving home from work at 10:30pm, i was pulled over for having no tail lights. When my husband checked my fuses he discovered that one had been deliberately moved by Redline employees!!! I could have been killed or seriously injured, as well as someone else from this extremely unprofessional, and ILLEGAL action. DO NOT USE REDLINE, THEY ARE A VERY DANGEROUS BUSINESS!!! I filed a police report, but since I had no direct evidence there was nothing they could do, so I'm doing this and telling others. I later found out about another similar experience that happened to an acquaintance of mine, where they messed with another persons fuses too!!! This is so uncalled for, out of control, and the most appalling business I've ever come across in my life. You dont mess with people's vehicles, my life was put in jeopardy due to the highly questionable actions of this company! Tampering with someone's vehicle is a crime, what's wrong with you people, you're going to get someone hurt or even killed!!! STAY AWAY FROM REDLINE!!!!!

  • My 1992 pick up had not run in several weeks. I troubleshot what I could but beyond the starter, solenoid and battery I am lost. They got the truck on a Friday morning and called me a few hours later telling me it was ready. The truck runs fine and the cost was pretty nominal in my estimation. I'll definitely use them for electrical issues in the future.

  • As usual, excellent. The salesmen are professional, knowledgeable and act with a sense of urgency. The work was performed to my satisfaction and the cost for the oil change and wipers seemed reasonable, the tire rotation was free because I bought the tires at this location.

  • It went fairly well. The brakes work fine, however I had some initial mushiness in the pedal. I have found the brake fluid reservoir to be very low, maybe from the bleeding process and was not replenished. I also have the brake system lights stay illuminated, but the brakes work fine. I am not overly upset as the vehicle is my old and quot;chore truckand quot; but I have found the work at the dealership to be a little haphazard. I've never experience at quality problem with their repairs, but some of the work seems to be done by inexperience personnel. I will continue to trade their as they are only a few minutes from my home.

  • The tow truck was here with in 30 minutes of my call. It took the man about 5 minutes to hook the truck up and drive away. The service was prompt and very professional. Mike knew what he was doing.

  • The truck is still not operational. However the problem seems to lie beyond the starter, solenoid or battery. I am going to have to take the truck to a shop where people who work on DC voltage systems can help me out.

  • I used GATEWAY TIRE and SVC a few weeks ago. They charged me $396. They are pretty friendly and the seemed to have a lot of good people that work there. They know what they are doing. We had a good mechanic. They are pretty quick. I have used them a couple times. Like twice.

  • They are pretty fast to get the work done. They just do a good job. If you get your tires there as well, they will keep an eye on your tires for you. They follow through. I had never had an issue based on trust.

  • I used them regularly and they do a great job. I always have my tires and battery changed by them. I was happy with the price and quality of service. They were very responsive and I wouldn't grade them if they were not good. I am aged and have an old car. They go an extra mile for me and render good customer service. I have been a long time customer with them and they have been extremely helpful. They have told me that whenever my car breaks down to come over immediately and they will take care of it for me. I drive about 50 miles as the next town I about 25 miles away, so I ensure that my car doesn't break down on the way. They were great and I will use them again in the future.

  • well at first the car salesman was nice but i drove the vehicle for 2 days and the engine light came on and the truck started acting funny they would not fix it without charging me which when i purchased the vehicle i spent an extra thousand dollars to get the 2 year warranty which the car salesman Daniel said covered everything but the liquids. Come to find out it hardly covers anything but the universal joint and the cost of one of those is ten dollars for my truck and you still gotta pay labor. When i told the mechanic what i was told he said the salesman have been telling everyone that and the warranty covers everything and he has had a lot of vehicles come back and get mad so now i'm stuck with a broken truck till i can afford to put a new engine in it. I'm not the only one having problems like this they are doing the same thing to my Aunt who also had the warranty.
