    Couldn't be happier with my experience with Walter's TV. I had asked around if anyone knew where I should take my TV and turns out my brother in law had used Walter's several years ago. Gave them a call, and dropped the TV off. Was told I should hear something by the next day, but actually received a call the same day with diagnosis and estimate of cost. Repair and cost were reasonable. Part needed to be ordered, but dropped if off on a Monday and got it back on Thursday. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't have to use them again, but if I do, they will be who I call.

    Called for an estimate which Todd got me the same day I called. Agreed on the price and was out to my house to complete the new mailbox the very next day! Todd called Acme brick and got a match for the brick on my house. He provided the new larger mailbox insert. All I had to do was write the check. Couldn't have been nicer or more responsive. Very professional. Thanks for the excellent service.

    My wife and I built a home in Sherwood, AR. In November of 2013 I called and spoke to Comcast, telling them where we were going to build and they assured me that the area once built would be within their coverage. Over the past few months I have been calling to get services set up and I have been given the runaround about why no one has returned my calls. When I asked if the survey had been done yet, I found out it was done just last week. Even tho it was requested over 3 weeks ago. There were 4 people I spoke with about this service being set up, all of them promised to follow up with me regardless of the findings from the survey to let me know if it was within their coverage area. Today, I called and was informed that my home is in fact NOT within their coverage! Now, I have nothing available to me.

    After arrivin by ambulance, the ER staff was very professional in tending to my care.   The doctors took time to make sure i understood everything they were doing to help me.  The nurses - well - hats off to them!   We all know how much the nurses do - as they are the 'primary caregivers' in any hospital stay.They have the most interaction with patients on a day to day basis. ONce pain medicine had been administered, the nurses kept checking on me to see if i was feeling any better, and to make sure i wasn't having any adverse affects to the medicine.  They were a great group of people!

    Sangeeta Das, the head of the Little Rock West center, is excellent.  Our experience has been wonderful.  Our son started almost a year ago in the reading program and his reading skills has improved dramatically.  We added math a few months ago.  There is a monthly fee (I believe $110/month) per subject.
    We will be withdrawing from the program in a few due to our recent move and due to finances, but highly recommend the program!

    Being a holiday night, I guess the wait time at the ER was acceptable, even though it seemed interminable at the time. I wasn't dying so I know I was not first priority. The nursing staff was very efficient and nice with their questions. When they let me back to the rooms, again, the staff was great and efficient with getting everything started (IVs, tests, monitors, etc). They took great care of me! Once admitted to a room, the nursing staff did well with taking care of me. I think I could have had a little more feedback about timing of pain medication and availability of my nurse to come help me go to the bathroom, but overall the nurse and secretary answering the call light did well with being patient and polite. I was still trying to nurse my daughter even though I was sick, so they put me in the overflow rooms on the woman's and children's floor to keep us both away from flu as much as possible. I soooo appreciated that!

    Great!  The man knows clocks!
    He did exactly what he said he was going to do and these two clocks (of great sentimental value to my family) work perfectly now.  Both were non-working when he received them, but both keep perfect time now.
    I wasn't in a big hurry and it took about a month to get them, but I thought it was a reasonable wait.

    Took my wife's kindle to the little rock location to repair the power plug board.  Got it back in the same condition. Took it back and Sal the repairman broke the plug from the board and said we must have broken it.

    I tried to talk to the owner but they pretty much blocked any attempt to do that. 

    They also kept the power cord.  I went back to get it and was told again by Sal that they did not have it.  I finally went through David at their Jacksonville store and got them to agree to refund my money.  I went to get the money and they "dug around" and found the plug. 

    You cant talk to them.   They are condescending, rude and unwilling to discuss anything other than they are not at fault.

    The details are too graphic. I was told to go to them to use the 'Davinciand quot; machine. What was supposed to be a 2 hour surgury turned into an 8 hour ordeal, and my family was not informed of my status during surgery. In the end, the doctors could not confirm the cancer. After surgery, I was left hooked up to a respirator without pain medication and nurses who were scared to call the doctor. I would rather die than be treated again at UAMS. And the billing services were non--existant. They go directly to agresssive collection after sending just one bill.

    The equipment is new. The procedure takes a few minutes to get all needed views but takes seconds to get the results to determine if another view/image is needed. The results of he radiograph is mailed to you within a week's time.
