    Parker Reed is just a great guy. We had two fixtures to be replaced and a ceiling fan to be replaced and he just jumped in and fixed it all. We needed a new dimmer for one fixture and he picked up the right one for us. On the ceiling fan, he took it from box to installed in a really short time. I was afraid I needed to do something with the fan before he got there, like put something together, but he assured me he had done hundreds of these. The ceiling is very old plaster and it looked like the fan might wobble a bit but he got it in totally square and rock solid. The other two went smoothly. I can't say enough good stuff about him. Definitely a professional and a genuinely good guy.

    I had scheduled with "fly by night" lighting company before contacting John at Lighting by Sparky. I paid a deposit over the phone and scheduled a time for the installation. No one ever showed up. I finally got a call back, rescheduled a second time and then an hour before they were to arrive time, the guy called to cancel due to a personal issue. I was done. I had already lost a week. I had seen John's advertisement on Facebook and called have to see if he might have availability so late in the season. John was super friendly and didn't hesitate was to fit me in. His crew showed up on time and did exactly as we had discussed. I was so pleased with how my design turned out. The cost was lightly higher than the other company, but the fact that they will save me the headache of having to deal with no shows or less than stellar work then I'm all in! You definitely get what you pay for! After Christmas I called to discuss permanent landscape lighting which we scheduled for spring. Again, the professionalism with his crew was on point and they set everything up exactly as I wanted. We had one issue with a light that had a short in it and the gentleman came out within 24 hours and had it fixed. I will be using Lighting by Sparky from now on and recommend him to all my friends and neighbors. Trust me, the lowest price doesn't always mean a low price to pay!!!

    Do: Book early because he has a lot of repeat customers
    DONT: Always go with the lowest price. Use your gut. If they aren't willing to accommodate you or sound fishy, move on!

    Freakin' awesome. First of all, Elisa monitors that chat, guys, and she's quick to respond and will find you an appointment. Our first clue to good customer service. Next, Scottie came out for the inspection, and gave me every detail to make the decision that fit our budget, and told of some serious issues with our wiring. He was polite and never pushy, even when I flinched at the price -- but remember, electrical work is expensive. And we got our money's worth. Scottie showed up at 9:15 the next morning and worked until 8:30 that night. He was thorough and smart -- he didn't just slap his replacements up but thought about making them work and not look like Frankenstein did our work. He drilled through masonry and rerouted the electrical from the fire-hazard box, and installed and grounded a new box on the back as well as a surge protector. It was H.O.T. ... and he was never short and never complained. He worked like a machine -- at one point, every electrical piece on the back of my house was laid out on the ground. I just knew the inevitable "well, this took longer than we thought and the price will now be XXXX" ... but it never came. They stuck to the original estimate and the job site was cleaner afterwards than when he started. I asked my wife to pick up spray foam to fill cracks because I'm used to service guys who miss some details but he did that too. A filter in the laundry room cracked; he replaced that too. He installed conduit and rerouted another switch ending yet another fire hazard. At the end, he was exhausted but still as cheerful, polite and positive as the beginning. He explained everything he did, told me about their great warranty and told us to call them if there was ever an issue. And the gaslight? well, it was dim after the first fix so he upped the voltage and that small detail is fixed too. Look, these guys are the real deal. I got a detailed estimate and inspection put together in a packet for me at the beginning that they stuck to at the end, and their customer service was second to none. It was expensive but finally, we feel like we got our money's worth. Worth every penny. They will be our new go-to folks for electrical. If you're skeptical about using a franchise, don't be. Elisa seems to have a great crew and she's a great lady. And I thank them for their service.

    Get-ER-Done did an excellent job.  They were on time for both the estimate and the actual job.  The job was done neatly, quickly and professionally.   We will definitely use them again in the future.

    Wow!  That is the best wordI can think of to describe the work done by Reed Electric.  Look at all he did and did it promptly and professionally:  Reed Electric did five major things:  hooked up new garbage disposal putting in the new switch on wall for it, changed bathroom light fixture, installed new ceiling fan where I'd never had one, installed a plug-in in the bathroom, and rewired breaker so I now have a dryer.
    It does not get much more reasonable and professional than that!  He did it all in a day and the cost was affordable.   Thank you, Reed Electric!  I know where to go if I ever need anything else done.

    My husband and I are remodeling our living room and kitchen and needed some electrical work done. Sean arrived promptly at noon when he was scheduled to and we outlined 4 things we needed done. Sean relocated a receptacle in our kitchen, replaced a dimmer switch in our Living Room, repaired a light in our laundry room and installed a new light fixture in our living room. He did all of these things in a little over an hour. He was very professional, congenial and made recommendations when needed for a safer alternative when moving the receptacle in our kitchen. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely have them back for other electrical work. We contacted Staley Electric based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's List and we weren't dissapointed.

    The entire service call involved checking different electrical system components (i.e. breaker box, outlets, light sockets, etc.).  Responsiveness was excellent.  I contacted the provider initially on a Saturday night via the Angie's List message system and received a response promising a Monday morning call to schedule an appointment.  First thing Monday I received a call to schedule an appointment for later that day.  I can not comment on quality of work seeing has how only troubleshooting was accomplished, but was impressed with their responsiveness and technician professionalism.

    Everything went very well. I was able to get an appointment within two days of my call. Two workers came out and assessed my kitchen light and living room ceiling fan. They were on time and called ahead to be sure I would be there when they arrived. They replaced the balast in my kitchen light, and found that the processer in my cieling fan was broken, removing it for me. They were friendly, professional, and well kempt.

    I contacted Parker in the morning to fix problems at my brother's house. We had several lights that weren't working although all the breakers were set. We set up an afternoon appointment, but he was able to arrive before noon and set to work. He found several problems with switches light fixtures and wiring. He went step by step and got everything back in order. Parker was fast, accurate and very professional. The cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend Reed Electric, and would not hesitate to use his services again.
