    Everything was fine with them. I went to them twice. They did the work. It took a long time because they had to order parts from Kia because they don't keep a lot of parts. It took a couple of months before we got our car back, that was the biggest thing. The insurance company paid it so I don't really know all it totaled up to be. Their price is probably in a range with everybody else. I don't think they are any higher than other people. Everything seems to be okay; we did not have to take it back for anything.

    Ronnie was excellent.  He kept us informed of progress and, when we came to picked up the car, it was finished and looked great. He promised us the car on 9/8/2015 and they came in on 9/7/2015 (Labor Day) to work on it so he would meet the deadline. Professional, reasonable pricing and excellent work.  I highly recommend them.

    After several weeks we got our car only to discover they had taken good parts off our car, not damaged, and replaced them with shoddy, aftermarket pieces. Including a new door, two side mirrors and two door windows that had nothing wrong with them. The side mirrors are cheap plastic that has scratches and one window has severe scratches on it. easy to tell they have been replaced. My statement is true and accurate and no response when I confronted them about the work.

    These guys are top notch and professional.  The work was excellent.  they fixed the door dents so well you cannot tell they were every there.  they completed their work on the day they committed to.

    Gwatney Service Center was recommend by Progressive Insurance - the insurer of the party at fault in the traffic accident. Gwatney was very responsive and helpful when the car was dropped off.
    Repairs were completed in about two weeks and except for a tell-tale paint line on the pillar, the car looked as good as ever.
    I would use Gwatney for collision repair in the future.

    I knocked the mirror off my car, and took it to Russell Chevrolet since I had taken my car there in the past. They gave me an estimate and I left my car to be repaired. The estimate was for the cost of the mirror, (parts) paint (to match my car) and labor. As soon as I returned home after leaving my car, they called and said it was ready. The mirror had come in, and it matched perfectly, so no painting was required. They are the best as far as I believe when it comes to being perfect in body work and matching up with your existing vehicle. I've had several experiences with other body shops and have not been pleased and have had to return on more than one occasion for additional redoing, but not with Russell Chevrolet.

    They were very courteous. They were able to advise that my used vehicle had been wrecked and repaired and that is what caused the problem. They changed the oil and gave me a discount. Everyone very freindly and communicated well. Gave me a ride home and came and picked me up to get the truck

    Again, at no time was this shop concerned about consumer safety. They failed time and time again, and refused to take responsibility. I was not asking for a new car or anything outlandish. I just wanted them to properly fix what they had not originally ��� additionally, I want them to replace the bracket that was a bracket originally but suddenly became a ���safety issue��� when we went to pick up the car.
    This company does not communicate with the customer ��� and is not at all worried about their safety. It is entirely focused on making money and pleasing the insurance company. They could care less is someone is stranded on the road due to their shoddy workmanship.

    They used genuine Subaru parts, the work was impeccable, the job was done very quickly, and the owners communicate well and are very pleasant and helpful.  Very very professional and painless compared to previous experiences.  They told me exactly what they were doing, kept me informed on progress, and had my car cleaned inside and out and WAXED when I picked it up.  Family owned, they've been in business a long time, they have a facility and several employees.  They didn't want me to move the power window for three days, so they even put  little stickers on the window control buttons that said "Don't lower windows."  You leave feeling like you got the very best service possible.
