Appliance Repair reviews in North Little Rock

1st technician came out said he had to order parts and then never came back. 1 week later sears repair came and replaced defrost panel said it was fixed. I called two days later to say it still was not working. They said I had to pay 2nd service call, even though policy says if recurring for 30 days wouldnt have to pay. Third technician said it was compressor and it couldnt be fixed. So, now it been 2 1/2 weeks and still no working fridge. Now they offer only 600.00$ towards replacement and to get similar fridge it cost me 1200.00.

I sent picutures, serial numbers etc. He agreed to $75 to "fix" the dyer issues. However, he called and stated that he needed to come by first to confirm if it was just a button or a full panel. I assumed that was going to be part of the service call cost. He got here and had to call for service question with someone as to their opinion. He didn't take the top off to even look at it. Just assumed it would be the full panel i guess. I told him not to worry about it, ill just buy a new one "if" that is the problem. I then ask him to install a light above my stove so that he would do something for coming out. Basically two screws and attache the wires. He was receiving phone calls the entire time he was here, so nothing was accomplished. He spent 10 minutes on the light and then stated he didn't install lights. He then said he didn't have time to stay and had to run. Still charged the $75 even after i ask him why? He stated that the $75 was just to come out and take a look, even after my original question to confirm that it was for repair. He then stated that it would be "much" more to actually "fix" the dryer. I then stated that " I guess I should ask more detail questions next time". He agreed. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

Excellent. William who did the repairs was professional, honest, knowledgeable and a good person to be around. Can't think of enough good things to say about him. Was punctual, Followed through and showed up today when he was suppose to, Yesterday called to let me know he was running late but did not want me to think he forgot me which I really appreciate as a working person it is hard to sit around at home waiting when you have a job. Then he called me when he was leaving his previous repair work so I had time to go home and meet him without losing any time at work So impressed was I with them I found out they work on air and heating units. I am going to do a contract with them to service my air conditioner and heater

Had a problem with our Maytag washer. We took a short video of the problem we were having to aid the diagnosing. When the guy showed up, he looked at video and then said he didn't have to do any more diagnostics and gave us a quote for $990.08. He said we had a bad transmission. He didn't give us a written quote mind you, just verbal info that my husband wrote down. He didn't even put hands on the washer. The problem was not something that happened all the time, which is why we took the video, to give him a staring point in diagnosing. When I found out from someone else that likely wasn't the problem, after we'd already bought a new washer and dryer, I contacted the office. None of the three managers were there at the time so I left a message, I was promised a call back the following Monday- 11/18. I never got one, given that it was a short week I waiting until 11/28 to call again and left a message. I got a call back from Bob- who was kind of rude. He said he looked at the 'system' and brought up the quote as well as notes from the tech saying that he had reached in the washer and spun the tub and it was "all loose". That was a complete lie because as I have already stated, he did not put his hands on the washer. The system also showed that he diagnosed the support for the tub had broken. He never said anything about the support for the tub being broken at the house only that the transmission was bad. If the support for the tub was broken, I would think it would not work at all or the problem would be constant but it wasn't and the washer was still working fine, just a little loud at times. This was a wasted $87.75. The guy we gave the washer to got a great deal though. :(

John was Very Courteous and professional. He reassured us and repaired the piece, comparing and applying the best discount available between us. He had to return after ordering a part to complete the task. Always particularly personal and professional. He was able to come earlier than the Maytag technician was able to come and the company info we received on line guaranteed his work for a year.

Called us ahead of time and arrived about on time.  Checked situation and made a quick trip to supply store for necessary part.  Returned and quickly installed.  Also provided some good tips on effective use of dishwasher ... helpful information that I had never heard during my 30 years of home ownership.

My 16 year old garbage disposal blew up and I needed to have it replaced quickly.  I called in the morning, he gave me a quote over the phone, and by the afternoon my new disposal was installed.  His rates were reasonable and you absolutely can't beat his responsiveness. Several other Angie's List advertisers didn't even bother to return a call.

It went well. The first replacement had to wrong serial number on it, though the box had the correct number. He had to return that one for the correct one. That was the only problem. He is very personable. This was not my first time to use his service and I will continue.

I almost didn't call because of the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance since the positive reviews were very positive. I'm glad I did.
I called this morning and the woman that answered the phone was courteous and helpful. She told me a technician would arrive sometime this afternoon and would call prior to arriving. And that's what happened. The technician called to say he was leaving the prior service call and would arrive at our house in 15 - 20 minutes. When he arrived, I explained the situation. We cut the power at the circuit board, he pulled the oven out, examined the baking element, tested it, removed it, replaced it (had the part in his van), pushed the oven back in, and tested to make sure it worked. It did.
He also left his phone number to call about any questions or problems with it.
My experience with this company is that they are professional, courteous, and well-equipped to resolve the problems for which you hire them. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends.
The price seems a smidge high, but they don't charge a service call fee if they do the repair. I appreciate that. And I know from looking online that the part costs about $50. So $165 plus tax is a little high, but not that bad. For how quickly it was resolved, I'm pleased.

Buddy is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived as expected. He is personable and friendly. He knew the problem, as they inquired when I set the appointment. Therefore, he was equipped with the right part. While checking his completed work, he noticed a problem with the garbage disposal. He went to the store and bought a new part, installed it, and only charged an additional $20!! Buddy is a gem, and my husband and I highly recommend him.
