AVivint IncIt went well and the service I received since has been excellent. I've had the system for about 2.5 years. They were very prompt in responding when the alarm sounded (by accident not break in). I did have a camera stop working and it took about a week to get someone here to repair it. AADT Security ServicesWe purchased a home at the beginning of the year and needed an alarm due to our heavy travel schedule. We called the number and set up an estimate. The day before the meeting, they called to confirm the appointment and address. It was raining on the day of our initial meeting and the rep was still on time. Not to mention, we stay in the sticks. He was very friendly and informative. He was able to suggest a system that worked with our active lifestyle and numerous windows. They were very flexible about our installation date, which was a week later. The installer called us the morning of the installation to be clear on the directions. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he cleaned up his mess before he left. Overall, our experience with ADT was great, we will use them again.- Pinky H.

AFrontpointInstalling was easy and set up was easy. While on the phone during set up the person was very patient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience. We had them call us once since set up, due to our cat tripping the inside motion detector. They dispatched the police and called us. FShortly after we ordered the system we changed our mind. The company said they would refund the money but never did. We disputed the charge but was denied from the credit card company even though SimpliSafe could not produce an invoice or any price they sent the system to us. This company is untrustworthy and does not deserve your business. Please save your time and money and use someone else. Just an update. They did return the money they originally refused to refund when we went through the credit card company. I can’t change the grade I have them because the only reason they issued the refund was to protect their standing on Angie’s list.
