    It took 2 month to do but I hit a horse and the car was in really bad shape. Didnt know if it could even be repaired but they did it and did it right

    My first visit to set up the appointment for the work was much faster than I imagined. In less than 10 minutes I had my appointment. They work with Enterprise rentals and my rental car was waiting for me when I dropped my car off. Was told it would be about 3 days until my car would be ready. It was done in one and a half. My car looks wonderful! Not only was it washed on the outside which is to be expected when body work is done, they also cleaned the inside. A nice extra!

    The work this body shop did was outstanding. When they learned that a replacement fender would not be available from Subaru until 2015, rather than have us drive around with a damaged one for over a year, they repaired the damaged fender so that it looks indistinguishable from a factory supplied new one. In addition, they were friendly, responsive, and punctual. As we left the shop, we were encouraged to let them know of any problems or concerns that might arise.

    Quickly worked up a detailed estimate and stuck to it. No surprises. Repairs were finished a half-day earlier than promised. So far as I can tell, the repairs are perfect in all respects. As an unexpected bonus, RBS washed and vacuumed the car, leaving it nicer than it was when I brought it in. Don't know if the price was the best I could get because I didn't shop around, but I know RBS saved me money by not using "official" Toyota parts (the non-OEM parts were just as good as the originals). Very professional operation, from the front desk to the work crews. Their excellent reputation is well deserved.

They might tell a price but you can also negotiate and they are willing to negotiate with you. You can decide whether you want to get your car fixed or not. They were very well with me, they worked with me.

    When we arrived for our appointment ,we realized there would be a much longer wait than we anticipated due to the nature of the repairs. We were provided a van to use to return home and come back when the repairs were finished. We had received another estimate with a much higher cost at a different repair facility. Brown's helped us find an alternate solution at a very reasonable cost, while still maintaining quality work. We would definitely use this company again.

    I brought the car in for a quote and everything went fine.  I worked with my insurance agent as my vehicle was hit by another in the front.  An appointment was set and my vehicle was completed and ready on the set date.  My vehicle looked like new better than it was prior to the accident.  The staff was very personable and made sureI was satisfied with everything.

    I had collision damage to my 2012 GMC 2500HD diesel pickup repaired at Auto Art Body Shop. The estimate was easily obtained and quick. The actual cost was the same as the estimate. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle looks very good after the repair. A simple repair took 11 days to complete. The shop handled all of the arrangements with my insurance company and assisted with arrangements for a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop. The repair was completed and my vehicle was returned to me at closing time on a Friday afternoon.

    After my accident occurred, I was running behind on getting to the body shop on time, but when I called, the manager told me not to worry about it, he was willing to wait until I could get there. Not a lot of places would do that. Throughout the time it took in order to order the parts required to repair my car, actually do the physical repairs and then repainting all that had to be painted, the shop manager or one of the office personnel would phone me to give me updates on how the repairs were coming and give me estimated times on when it might be done. When there was a delay on getting one of the parts in, the first thing they did was call me to let me know, but when it did come in, they put a rush on it so that it wouldn't make it later than the estimated time when I got my vehicle back. Extremely impressive in my opinion. I never had a complaint from start to finish, and sadly to say, I usually complain about just about everything, lol.

    They did a great job on the repair. Their communication could be better though. I was never given an estimated completion date. I did call and asked and was given one. They stated they would call and let me know the time. The day came and went without a call. I e-mailed them and they responded they were behind and apologized for not calling. Again though, they did a great job on the repair and I would use them again.
