ADuraplex LLCI must admit I was skeptical at first since he came unexpectedly to my door one afternoon and offered me a flyer describing his service.( I have heard of the con men out there that will do that and their offer services) However, Travas said I wouldn't have to pay him anything until the job was done and only if I was happy with it. He came back within two days and sprayed the roof and I was very happy. I have before and after photos if anyone would like to see them - contact me at pamrquilter@aol.com and I will email them. I feel that Travas was very courteous, honest and prompt - I would certainly recommend his service to anyone with roof stains. He also does roofing and I am hiring him to repair two areas of my roof that were leaking last spring during heavy rains. He inspected my roof after I told him about the leaks. He certainly could have told me that I needed a new roof just to get another roofing job but he said he could fix leaks easily without a new roof for less than $200.- Pamela r.

ADuraplex LLCTravas was replacing the roof next door and he was asking the neighbors if he could provide any service while he was in the neighborhood. I let him examine my roof and he discovered an area around my chimney that needed repair. He took pictures and I was convinced he was right and I asked him about cleaning my roof. As my roof was not at the point of leaking immediately I elected to wait untill he returned to the 'hood' to replace another roof and let him repair/clean mine. I give Travas my best recommendation for his service and the conduct and deportment of his workers.- Gary A.

AAfter the wood had dried following the pressure cleaning, Mr. Frazier & crew were punctual, received instructions, and went to work. They carefully moved grill, outdoor furniture, and potted plants and applied two coats of sealant to all vertical surfaces, and three coats to all horizontal surfaces. The wood soaked it up like a sponge. They replaced everything and did a great cleanup. In retrospect, the cost of both the pressure cleaning and sealing jobs included approximately 60 man-hours and a large amount of supplies delivered with state-of-the-art equipment. My house and property look new. My wife and I are completely satisfied. They're a class act.

ACrews were professional and worked hard to install the radiant barrier during my remodel. I know this was money well spent cause it is now the middle of summer in the house. With temperatures running the upper 90's-100 and no insulation in the attic (Still in remodel stage, but drywall is up), the AC system can keep it a nice 72 inside without any problems and without running all the time.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

ADaniel Mitchell gained my confidence from our first meeting. I talked with several roofing contractors, they all asked 4-5 questions and had an estimate ready in about 15 minutes. He spent over an hour with me, asked dozens of questions and offered a lot of advice and options. His estimate was not the cheapest, but definitely on the lower side. It was also the most detailed, listing types and prices of all necessary materials, right down to the cost of the nails.
I needed extensive repairs on a back porch roof and had several other areas that needed smaller repairs, along with 3 layers of shingles to be removed. At the end of each day my yard was clean. He went above and beyond expectations to make my roof look great, right down to painting exhaust vents to match my new roof color. His company does much more than roofing,including windows, siding, and additions. I will be calling him in the future to do siding on my home.
